Located at Sailport Waterfront Resort. This one bedroom with queen size sofa bed is good for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We take all of your needs into consideration. The condo is fully equipped and ready for you to come in and enjoy your stay! You have access the entire condo. We are here for you as little or as much as you’d like! The condo community is very safe and has 24 hour security. Enjoy the geo-thermal pool, which is kept at a nice 84 degrees all year long. You can also enjoy some yummy food or cocktails at our poolside bar and grill: Big Bamboo Bayside. Make sure you don`t miss the amazing sunsets then cozy up by the fire pit and tiki torches after the sun goes down
The sunsets here are absolutely amazing. Make sure to bring your camera and be prepared to relax by the fire pit and make some friends. I highly recommend a vehicle unless you want to completely unwind. .

We are here for you as little or as much as you’d like!

The condo community is very safe and has 24 hour security. The sunsets here are absolutely amazing. Make sure to bring your camera and be prepared to relax by the fire pit and make some friends.

I highly recommend a vehicle unless you want to completely unwind. There is a restaurant within walking distance and we have a beach bar in the community. There are also three additional restaurants that our Community bus will drive you to for free. You can also rent and enterprise car on site.

We provide everything you need for your stay however please make my condo your home.

Perfect spot to stay when touring U of Tampa & Florida Southern College! Enjoyed views, pool, and convenience of poolside bar and grill. Didn't figure out how to convert sofa bed till 2nd night though... LOL!

Friendly resort

The condo was charming and the owners were very accommodating. The reason I didn't give it a 5 was the location. The view and resort were nice but we couldn't walk anywhere. We were hoping to rent bikes but couldn't find any rentals. I would like to see the resort property recycle as well.

Less than 10 minutes fro the airport and directly on Tampa Bay. View from balcony was lovely. The pool was great and the little restaurant/bar was very convenient with a super friendly server, Hayley. Christine Delgado was gracious to let us check in early. We certainly appreciated that. The unit was very clean. The only negative was that the bed was not firm enough for our preferences. Would recommend this unit.

Nice contemporary apartment with great view

My husband and I stayed here for five nights and found it perfect for our needs. The apartment is in a mid-rise condo complex overlooking the bay. You will have access to the pool as well as other amenities. The weather was cool and cloudy for most of our stay so we did not use the pool,, but it looked great and would certainly be an asset in nice weather.The apartment itself was well-stocked with the necessities. It was very comfortable and quiet.It also is near major highways with ready access to downtown Tampa.

Great location and bar

So all and all we enjoyed the stay but we no access to good TV, the sound didn't work and it was stuck on Steve Harvey network, not that we needed it but it's nice to have when you goto bed . The restroom had a used towel on the floor that was gross looking. The bedroom closet doors were both off track as well. Small items I realize but still. We also found if you order the unit or a different one through the actual business you could save half your money. Now with all that negative we really did enjoy the pool and pool bar. The food was fabulous and quick. The sunsets were amazing. The location to Clearwater and all the beaches made it a perfect spot. We would recommend but just would book a different way or would need assured that things would be on point, especially for the money I spent.

Overall we had a great stay… My only reason for giving a four-star is because the ad included two bicycles but the bicycles were not usable… Both had flat tires and extremely rusty and old bikes. This was one thing I had specifically asked about and was pretty disappointed we were unable to use either bicycle on our trip. I would advise taking the bicycles off of your ad or replacing them with some usable rideable bikes. Our only other complaint would be that the small white couch/day bed was not very comfortable at all . Other than those two things the suite was very nice and very clean… The pool and the restaurant on site we're both really great ! You definitely need to rent a car for this location but very easy access to both Clearwater and Saint Petersburg. We thought the price was very reasonable for what it all included as well… Very cutely decorated very nice TV's and just little things that made our stay very enjoyable . Awesome views and amazing sunsets… This suite overlooks the water and pool so it was really great to sit out on the balcony at nights and watch the sunset !

Hello Shannon, I am so glad you enjoyed the condo. You will be happy to know that just purchased new bikes and we are picking them up on Friday. I know that it was unfortunate we could not have bikes during your stay however the salt water damaged them. I hope that you can join us again!

Could have been a better experience

From the moment we walked into the unit it was one thing after another during our stay. From coming into a unclean place (full trash cans, dirty towels, dishes and cups in the cabinets that were dirty so much so that we went out and bought paper and plastic plates and utensils, etc.), to a cabinet door falling off onto my foot, to a broken bed, to a different guest at the resort trying to get into our place and then passing out in his own vomit a few steps away shortly there after (and us having to call the ambulance)...it was not the first impression I had hoped for after traveling all day to get there for our short trip. That said, the owner was responsive to each issue and did what she could to make it better and seemed as upset as I was. But it definitely took away from the "relaxing" few days I had hoped for on my 40th birthday "getaway". Sorry for the review but honesty is important to me and this was my experience. I'm thinking and hoping for others sake it was just a one time "off" visit because the resort itself was very nice and the ammenities were great as well.

Great spot to relax for a few days

It was just what I was looking for: a modern space to relax and go to the pool or beach for a few days without having to drive. The pool bar was fun and food tasty, there’s a beach close by (didn’t go), and the apartment had most everything you need for a short stay. Bottle of wine was nice touch. I loved that there was a comfy robe to use. A few small things would have been nice like a pot holder for the oven or creamers for coffee, but overall not a problem.

My husband and I stayed at this location for a late anniversary getaway. Its was super easy to book and was exactly as pictured. We told the property owners that we were celebrating our anniversary and they left a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift which we really enjoyed. There was a nice rooftop bar across the street at another hotel we visited and the Rusty Pelican was a very nice restaurant both in walking distance of the property. We did end up renting a car to get to the beach and to enjoy some other things in Tampa. Over all we had a really great experience and would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice low key getaway. There were also lots of families that stay at this location so it also works well for families and groups.

1st Anniversary

We stayed for 3 nights and it could not be a better experience. Condo was clean, only thing I needed was coffee creamer but I went to pick that up. We will definitely stay again!! Picture perfect sunsets !!

We knew right away we wanted to own this condo unit and share it with visitors so they too could appreciate the beautiful Tampa Bay. We named it Casa Del Mar because of the breathtaking views of the water and bridge.
