We were in the area with 2 of our teenagers for college visits and stayed in Cocoa Beach. The location was perfect for us and the property met all our needs with the pool and beach access. Loved the sunrise and sunsets from the roof top deck and got to see a rocket launch which was an added bonus!

We had the best stay during our vacation! It was relaxing and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was just a short walk to the beach. Great condo right on the beach and next to the pier. Short drive to Orlando for all of the sights there. Condo had everything we needed for the beach and for our stay. Condo was clean, trendy, and comfortable. We even saw a Space ex rocket launch from the rooftop. Pool was so warm, too! Wish we could have stayed longer
