We had a wonderful time at this apartment! It was just a short walk to John’s Pass where there are many stores and restaurants. The beach access was just across the road and the crosswalk right in front of the building. Both the host and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. There’s a side view of the beach and ocean between buildings from the balcony which made it a very nice place to eat outside.

The room was nice. Clean. Perfect for two people. Had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were nice. The unit did not have much of a view-other than the street below. We did receive a notice on our door one evening that the unit was up for tax sale within a couple of weeks of our stay, which was somewhat concerning. For the most of our 2 week stay, we saw very few people there.

The condo was clean, spacious and had everything needed for 2 adults. Sun on the balcony in the evening was great! Only negative point was the noise from the road but not an issue.

Excellent room and location

We’ve stayed at Madeira Bay Resort several times. We’ve been happy with every stay. This one was no different. The room was as advertised. Clean and well kept. Great location and convenient to the beach as well as kids restaurants and amenities. Great pool as well for when the kids get tired of the beach. I highly recommend this resort and this particular unit.

Great location

Condo is a good size. On the corner so nice and quiet. The beach access is across the street. Great pool. Lots of restraunts to walk to. Grocery store only a few minutes away. The kitchen has everything you need. The only thing we thought was a negative was the bed. It was to firm for us. So if you like a firm bed this is a great place to stay.

Monthly rental

Condo was in a great location but very noisy with all the traffic. Corner unit on Gulf Blvd was very noisy. Traffic late at night and motorcycle leaving each morning at 7:10 am followed by garbage truck at 7:30. The balcony sliding glass door didn’t lock so it may have helped if we could have locked the door. Also, pool was very crowded- too small to accommodate two resort buildings.

Great place to stay. Safe and secure. Beach access across street with road crossing light. Johns Pass is a very short walk. Awesome vacation spot. I would stay here again for sure.

Madeira Bay Resort #316

Much smaller than it showed in the pictures. The second bedroom was tiny with barely any room to move about and had NO closet. It was designed to be a small room or den.
