Great place, walking distance to the beach and right across from the water park. The woman we rented from went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay for me and my familu. I booked for 5 and last minute my older son got off of work and decided to take the trip with us and the owners were very understanding and also very accommodating. 6 Stars.

Stayed for 4 nights. Host was amazing, very helpful and communicated promptly.

Highly recommend, great location to the beach and the unit is close to parking. it will fit 4 people comfortably in my opinion. it was just my wife and and it was perfect for us. I would stay again

Nice unit near the ocean

Unit was clean and roomy for us. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach, but you can't see it from the room. We noticed tiny ants on the countertops, and the ants did find our food in the pantry. There are tennis and pickle ball courts available, but a wristband is required from another condo office.

The weather was bad unfortunately. The condo was very clean. Had a small problem with ants. If you are staying, make sure you bring all of your personal items. No necessities provided such as salt or pepper, soap or shampoo. The walk to the beach was not far, just across the parking lot.

Very uncomfortable

First of all I walked to the pool to see if any bbq pits available before taking our belongings and pool attendant very annoying demanding for wristbands which is understandable but stood there the whole day making people feel very uncomfortable And also for the price we paid for the condo it had no washer and dryer connections other than that everything else was fine

Great condo for family vacation.

Property manager was of great helping through the whole process. Property is at a very convenient location, restaurants, shops and grocery stores are nearby. Only complaint is the smell of the trash/dumpster outside the condo complex.

It was a very pleassant experience. plenty of ktichen itmes to make your stay more convenient. more than you can think of. during this time, cleanliness is a must. very well and neatly done, no hygiene issues. owner of rental texed to check up on our stay. very competitively priced for "spring break" times (early march)

Comfortable, easy stay

Out of everything, the only complaint I have is that the smoker’s designated area had been placed too close to my balcony. I do not know if this spot was supposed to be there or if smokers put it there as there was no signage. That was annoying when trying to relax on the porch .

Winter Getaway 2020

This property was all that was promised! Great location, clean, friendly neighbors, good maintenance of entire complex. Pool area very clean. Laundry room neat & clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to SPI! Hope to come back!!
