Each villa has its own: private fenced pool, air conditioning in lounge, Unlimited Internet, outside entertainment & bbq area, oven & cook top, microwave, fridge, washing machine.

Relax in your very own private pool or enjoy the sun on your own private decking.

Konoha Central Villas was built and designed to provide everyone, from all walks of life, with the opportunity to enjoy modern living at a fraction of the price.

Things to note before you book:
- Checkout is strictly 10am and Check in is 4pm. This allows our cleaners and maintenance crew enough time to clean and do any repairs before our next check in.
- Policy: Single reservation check out date
Multiple checkout dates within a single booking are not permitted.
- 3x Villas are side by side which can be noisy depending on number of guests.
- Neighborhood dogs bark on occasion at night.
- Roosters may crow in the mornings.
- We are on the backroad, not on the beach.

Great location, everything worked well. The only issue I have is as we were staying for 8 days and used the pool at least 3 times a day I think more than 1x pool towel should have been supplied.

Konoha Central Villas

Our family (grandparents, mum, aunts & grand kids) had a wonderful time both in Rarotonga and at the villa. The family fitted comfortably and had plenty of space. The beds were comfy, the pool cold but great fun. No need for the TV.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Konoha villas. The accomodation was modern spacious and had everything we needed and more. The pool was great, nice and deep - it kept our kids occupied for hours. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts - Nathalie & Michael - thanks guys we will be back!

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY.

Just like the pictures, handy to walk to town. Nice clean lovely accommodation with plenty of space for 6 adults to chill out. Great host who responded to our questions and issuses quickly. We hired a car for 3 of the 8 days to check out the Island. Would definitely recommend and be back. The Winters, Todds and Edmonds.

Perfect house, exactly as expected, great having the pool, super tidy and had everything we needed- we did find the first night we were kept awake with local dogs barking all night- if you have children you will definitely need a car organised before you arrive, it’s too far to walk to town or any beaches, and we spent most of the first day trying to organise a car

We really enjoyed our stayed at Konoha Villa 1, Clean and tidy, Mike the Owner was amazing at getting on to a small issue we had but it was fixed immediately, prompt response and they even checked in after! So safe for our 1 year old, The pool right there made all the difference. Quiet and peaceful, Close to town and full amenities. The list really goes on! We absolutely loved it.

Home away from home

Absolutely beautiful. I cannot say anything negative, we loved it, and although the weather was raining the majority of the time, we still enjoyed ourselves. Communication with the property manager Natalie was very professional and my gratitude to you for providing accommodation to be proud of. The fans, aircon and amenities was above expectations.. This was a great property. We stayed here for 8 nights and had everything we needed for the family (my parents, my husband and myself and our 3 children 12,10 and 3). The house was about 1km from Trader Jacks so walking to town was no big deal. The pool while not big was deep and was more than perfect for what the kids needed. The owner was very helpful (directions to the place were awesome) and provided the internet voucher for the first 5 days. The BBQ, cooking facilities etc were awesome for the nights that we just wanted to chill at home. This house is located within a local neighbourhood so there were dogs and chickens to help get you up in the morning! We could not recommend this place more highly, value for money! We will be back to stay again with friends using the other villas. Thanks Nathalie.

Best Villas in Raro

Kia orana katoatoa! I loved staying here, it felt like my home away from home. It had all the amenities I needed to ensure I had the best stay and the pool was a bonus. I highly recommend it to families or friends of 8 or less who need a great place to stay. Its quiet and inland but still handy as to town etc. Thank you so much Nathalie I will be back sometime soon. Perfect little villa for our week stay

Stayed with my wife and a couple friends for a week in June 2022. Couldn't fault the villa. It had a 3 rooms, a small private pool, well equipped full kitchen, ensuite and washing machine. We found the location perfect for an easy walk into town. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Rarotonga.

Amazing Villas

Such an amazing place. Clean tidy and well equipped with everything we needed. Close to town and the directions to find the place we’re spot on. Check in was easy and the communication throughout the whole process of the booking was great. Nathalie and Michael were amazing hosts and went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and safe.. even when we were a little too rowdy they came by and calmly spoke to us about keeping noise levels down 😅sorry lol.. will definitely be going back there to stay in the near future.. A paradise in paradise
