Enjoy the beauty of Jamaica in your own Tropical Garden with river, natural cascading waterfall, swimming pool, covered Bar-B-Q facilities and TiKi Hut picnic area.

This Tropical oasis is located in Ocho Rios on a secured private gated property. The 2 bedroom villa features modern amenities, such as air conditioned, smart TV, WiFi, micro wave oven and all cooking utensils. This is the perfect location for your family vacation.

The property is also available for all special occasions such as; weddings and parties; at an additional cost.

Dunn's River, Dolphin Cove, Duty Free shopping, restaurants and Beaches are approximately one mile [1,600 meters] from our property.

The space
Boasting its own private waterfall, the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and is nestled in a lush tropical river garden among a variety of fruit trees.

The first floor has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen; with Microwave oven, toaster, blender, electric coffee pot, electric kettle, 30" gas stove with oven, and fridge.

The second floor has two (2) bedrooms that sleep a total of 4 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart LED TV, air conditioning units, dresser, lamps and night tables.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, bathtub, electrical outlets hot & cold water.

The living and dining room areas are comfortably furnished and equipped with a computer work station and a 60" Smart LED TV. Secured Wi-Fi is available thru out the premises and wired Ethernet connection is available in the living room.

ENTERTAINING
Enjoy exclusive access to your own private waterfall and covered outside BBQ kitchen, or take a nap in the waterside hammock, soothed by the rippling sounds of the river.

Relaxing on the balcony has been a favorite pastime of our guests as they listen to the soothing sound of the water. It is also an excellent location to have breakfast, a cup of coffee, tea or a romantic dinner.

PARTIES / EVENTS
Approved party can be hosted in our dedicated outdoor entertainment area, complete with covered BBQ Tiki Hut, a standing gas grill, music box, picnic tables, Stove, oven and sink.

The property has an expansive lawn, perfect for parties, weddings, graduations and other events.

Guest access
This Tropical Vacation Home is a securely fenced and well-lit private property; with a gated entrance. The Villa is rented on a per-person basis *guest will have access to Two (2) bedrooms ONLY: (1) Queen Bedroom and one bedroom with (2) Twin beds.

In addition guests will have access to all common areas of the villa and property including generous lawn and entertainment areas and outside kitchen.

You will be able to enjoy a variety of fruits grown on the property when in seasons.

Parking is available on premises for up to (3) vehicles.

For large gatherings we will arrange secure parking for an additional (50) vehicles at the city library, located a short distance away from the Villa.

Jamaican Paradise

The property is as shown in the pictures. The property is beautiful. The owner was available at anytime. My family loved the pool and the river. The outside kitchen was a winner. Had a few friends over with permission of the owner and we cooked everything outside. There are so many pros to this property. It is close to everything. I advise a car but a lot of things are in walking distance. We will be back!! Mr.Homer thanks for everything.

Relaxing relaxing Relaxing

For me … this place is a diamond in the rough. It needs a little updating but it is spotless!!! I’m a country girl at heart so I loved it… it has a country feel to it. My kids adore the pool and the river and kept interchanging between the two. The constant sound of water gives the place a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. We barely left the premises and were extremely lazy to do anything. This property has an outdoor cooking/ grilling area which we utilized for the entire 5 days we were there we had our meals mostly outside. In the words of my ten year old “ this place is awesome “….. I will most definitely return… the whole family aproves . We would like to thank mr Homer and his staff for allowing us to live in his home and having a blissful peaceful time. Thank you.

Beautiful Property and Owners

The property is excellent, from the personal pool, inside/outside cooking amenities, and the few of the waterfall from the backyard. This location is secluded and is perfect for relaxing outside as you listen to the small stream from the waterfall. The owners were absolutely amazing. We ran into them by chance and they are the most accommodating renters we've met. They told us all about how to get around town, which places were best to see, and how to haggle with taxi drivers. Overall an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

Very much the adventurer, Warren enjoys visiting local attractions such as the Luminous Lagoon, Dunn’s River and local beaches, he enjoys fresh seafood purchase from local fishermen which he shares with friends visiting with him. Showing Jamaica through our eyes to guests is one of our family’s greatest passions. We look forward to hosting you on your next visit to this Caribbean paradise. Homer’s place is located in Shaw Park, Ocho Rios, St. Ann Parish, Jamaica.
The villa's name was inspired by its natural environment. It is surrounded by fruit trees such as Ackee, Avocado, Breadfruit, Coconut, Banana, Cherry, Guava, Almond and Walnut, just to name a few.

We are located just outside the town of Ocho Rios. Public transportation is accessible from in front of the property gate into town at a costs US$1.00 per person.

Avis Car Rental is located adjacent to the Rubis gas station 1/2 mile away from the Villa and they offer FREE transfer to and from their location.

The property is located adjacent to Konoko Falls and River Garden which boast a pristine natural waterfall that caresses its Travertine marble terraces as it gently and unhurriedly cascades through an array of lush foliage reflecting the filtered sunlight.
