This Beautiful 3br/3bth house is located in Hollywood, FL in very close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is located in quiet neighborhood and is family friendly. The private pool and outdoor seating adds quality to your vacation. The yard and pool is maintained weekly. Pool is not heated. Also there is plenty of parking space in the front yard.
The house also has a fully equipped kitchen and also extra sets of linens and towels, and we do our best to always keep extra soap, shampoo, paper towels, tp, detergent, etc. for your daily needs.
So, look no further as it is your home away from home!

many cockroaches, pool very dirty. no TVs in bedrooms. One piece of furniture in the living room.

Winter getaway

The house was very roomy with 3 good sized bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms needed dressers and the living room was large but also needed more furniture. The kitchen was also very roomy. The pool was a big problem as the owner had no pool service and the amount of leaves we took out of the pool every day was amazing. The pool also needed a good scrubbing and vacuuming, we were never able to use it.

Great month!

Spent a month and loved it. The neighborhood feels seedy when you arrive but it isn't. We walked around numerous days. Backyard and pool is so relaxing and quiet. 3 lounge chairs out by pool that I didn't see in photos so that was a pleasant surprise. There is 1 king bed and then the other rooms have FULL beds, not queen. Dealing with Ivan was a plus. Any issues that came up he took care of immediately.

Hollywood rental w pool

Overall was nice clean and spacious No toaster to use but that was ok and the sheet in one of room needed to change still looked unclean with hair and lint balls all over it but owner responded right away and had extra sheet No oven mits not good he should put that in But still very good i would recommend to others
