House in gated community with trail to beach

The house is large, well ventilated and very bright. Even inside, with the internal doors open, it is fully integrated with the courtyards. It is within the gated community, with trail to the beach, through the nature reserve (15 minutes walk through the dunes).
Very close to the center of Lagoa da Conceição, along the bike path along the lagoon to Avenida das Rendeiras. The view of the path at dusk is stunning. The location is excellent, close to Campeche Beach, Praia Mole and Joaquina.
All bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobes and ceiling fans. All have bathrooms, and the master suite, with whirlpool. This suite also has a 46 "TV, as well as the living room. The kitchen is well equipped, with electric oven, microwave and main utensils. The house has a deck across the side patio with hammock and movable sun loungers. If of interest it is possible to install a 2000 liter inflatable pool that we use in summer. The large front yard is grassy and well wooded and a hammock can be stretched for a good rest under a tree.
