About this property

Welcome to Big Sur in Jose Ignacio. A paradise of charm and character that will transport you to new heights. Two exquisite master suites, a chefs kitchen, a great-room overlooking a lap-pool, to fill your stay with peace, happiness and a little glam.
Perfect for couples or small families.
Located between tall trees and 5 blocks from La Mansa beach, 2 minutes drive to La Huella. 3 minute walk to Juana and La Olada.

Both suites have private bathrooms one with a combination shower/tub and exquisite decor and the other with a walk-in shower, a Sauna and for the brave of heart a repurposed whiskey barrel as a cold plunge. Suites are located on oposite ends of the house offering absolute privacy. One suite is located on the second floor.

Oversized double-sided wood-burning BBQ outdoors.

PLEASE NOTE: Swimming Pool has no perimetral guards so families with little children are not encouraged to stay.

Jose Ignacio is walkable however we recommend a car to go to/from the town's center and to the beaches. Our closest beach is the one by Bahia Vik (MANSA) and it's 5 blocks away.
Restaurants such as La Olada and Juana are just 2 blocks away. La Huella is 1 mile away, about a 2 minute car drive.
Punta del Este airport is 1 hour away
Montevideo Airport is 3 hours away

perfect in every way

first ,the history was incredibly helpful in every way possible. when we had trouble with covid docs she spent an hour trying to solve our problems. in addition, the house was a short walk to the beach and in the neighborhood there was a slew of great restaurants perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook and feel comfortable. would return in a minute but are actually looking to buy something ourselves. bill
