Great Family Beach House

Nicole’s beach house was perfect for our stay. Nicely decorated, comfy bedrooms, short walk to the beach, useful outdoor shower, convenient mudroom, and a tranquil garden. What more could you ask for from a beach house!? My family and I were very pleased with our vacation. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Our fave

This is the second time we stayed here and it won’t be the last (hopefully!). Last time we stayed in June and the adjoining apartment was empty. This time it was occupied. The family staying was lovely. The property does share some facilities. The owner Nicole has always been super responsive over text. Great place for families. I love that boardwalk is close for activities, the beach is a block away and there are bikes! Bring fishing rods and umbrellas. We joined a gym in Lavalette for the week for the gym rats in my family. We cooked nearly every night on the grill.

Perfect beach memories

I booked this so my son could have a celebration with his best friend after graduating middle school. Three teens and me working from “home” made the bikes and proximity to the beach and boardwalk ideal. Nicole was so accommodating. The decor of the home, the garden and the proximity to the beach simply can’t be beat. It’s was a dream week with Amazing memories.

Good times in Seaside Park!

We loved the screened-in porch and the short walk to the beach! It was awesome to be able to use the owner's bikes, chairs and beach cart. The grill was great and the backyard games were a nice touch. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and the beach was also peaceful and not super crowded. We had a great time!

Nicole teaches math in Rutherford and Sean runs his own business, Cultivate Montclair. We have a 3.5 year old daughter and a fun loving Irish Doodle!

Why they chose this property

We are pleased to offer our home for rent. The brand new hard wood floors beautiful beach decor and amazing outdoor patio space is what we love best. Did we mention the short walk to the beach and the famous boardwalk. We love going to the twice weekly farmers markets right up the block on the J Street Marina. There is also yoga on the beach a few times per week. 711 is close by which is great to get some last minute items. The famous seaside park bakery is a short bike ride away. Walk down the street to enjoy sunsets on the bay!
