Great location in a nice building with an elevator! It's a large studio including a kitchen, washing machine, outdoor balcony. We enjoyed our stay and especially the location! Sophie was a great host, too!

Fantastic apartment

Once again I chose this apartment because it’s placed perfectly according to restaurants, shops and the beach. Have a fantastic porch which is used to breakfast and cool drinks in the afternoon. Can only recommend it to everybody.

Nettes Apartment in sehr belebter Umgebung

Die Ankunft empfand ich als sehr stressig, aufgrund der Verkehrsführung und es gibt keine Gelegenheit, legal zu halten und abzuladen, geschweige zu parken. Na, dann macht man es halt illegal. Zum Glück hat die Dame der Agentur geholfen, meine Taschen hochzubringen. Obwohl es angegeben war, dass es eine Parkmöglichkeit mit dem Apartmen gibt, gab es das nicht. Ich musste in ein sehr teures Parkhaus, dass aber zum Glück nahe gelegen war. Das Apartment war sauber. Das wohn-und Schlafzimmer war gemütlich. Die Küche extrem klein und notdürftig ausgestattet. Es war sehr laut (Straßenlärm, tägliche Müllabfuhr und Straßenreinigung und Bauarbeiten im Haus), vor allem am Wochenenden durchgängig, auch nachts (motorradrennen, Parties, johlende Betrunkene) Sehr schön die Nähe zur croisette und in Laufnähe zum Künstlerviertel. Wer gern shoppen geht, ist hier goldrichtig. Die Straße ist eine umtriebige Einkaufsstraße; ziemlich teuer zwar, aber das ist eben Cannes.

Two holiday's weeks in Cannes

The flat is located in the centre of the Croisette with a great view on the Rue d'Antibes. The flat is well equipped and the furnture are modern as well. The terrace is fantastic and allows to eat out. The only remark is for the bed, not so confortable for a so long period but we adapted. Thanks to Sophie for the hospitality
