This family-friendly villa can sleep up to 6 people and benefits from a fantastic location, right on the waterside. The space has been traditionally decorated but still offers many modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
There are 4 national parks on the mainland: Kornati, Krka, Plitvice and Paklenica. Each offers a pleasant space to take a leisurely afternoon stroll. On the island, the beach is never more than a few minutes' stroll away. There are excellent ferry links to Zadar and from here you can go on various day trips to locations such as Šibenik, Plitvice or Paklenica. It is ideal for families with children due to the peace and quiet you may find here, as well as a lovely beach adjusted to children's needs with a nice beach bar nearby. Without tourist crowds! Enjoy real Mediterranean gastronomy: light, low calories, slightly seasoned – boiled – those are the characteristics of the island’s cuisine. Fresh fish from the Adriatic sea, olive oils, figs, organic vegetables- right from the local garden on your table!

The house is independent, separate from the rest and surrounded by greenery. Wonderful spot for swimming, diving, sailing, trekking, cycling and hiking. This comfortably furnished traditional stone house enjoys a peaceful and romantic location in the small fishing village of Lukoran on the northeast coast of the island of Ugljan, the first in the Zadar Archipelago in the Croatian part of the Adriatic sea, an ideal location for spending a relaxing holiday with friends or family far away from the tourist crowds and experiencing the island culinary delights and hospitality. Built-in 1850, the traditional cottage has only recently been completely renovated in 2012 when it was comfortably furnished and equipped with all the modern comforts while retaining the homely atmosphere of the old Dalmatian country house. Reliable WiFi internet access is offered free of charge.
The living area gives access to the generous 380 m² garden area with a leafy terrace furnished with a table, chairs and a barbecue. Enjoy your meals sitting under shade-providing trees and leave all your worries behind in this quiet haven among lavender and flowers. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the villa. Lukoran is known for its clean family-friendly beaches with a wide range of water sports on offer, including diving, sailing, water skiing, and jet skiing. You can explore the island on the many biking trails which you will find in the immediate vicinity of your cottage, there are bike rentals near the marina. Or you can enjoy a boat trip to the neighboring islands. In Autumn and Springtime, you can enjoy many tracking and cycling trails, free climbing, or exploring a cave.
