High on The Hill

Set high on the hill in Rosebud with amazing bay views, directly opposite Bay Views Golf Course this one bedroom apartment is spacious modern and super clean!
With your own private keyless entry walk upstairs to your own private space, with large lounge with comfy couch and chase, large smart TV, large outdoor decking area with stunning views and Weber bbq, down a couple of steps to the spa.
Inside you have a kitchenette fitted out with induction hot plate, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and cutlery and crockery.
Up a few more steps to another sitting/reading area with another balcony, suitable also to set up the portacot which is available for use.
You will need to bring your own portacot bedding/linen this is not included.
The master bedroom is next to this area, with queen size bed and bathroom.
Other features include wifi, coffee pod machine, portacot, reverse cycle heating and cooling, iron and ironing board, designated off street parking space and more.
The owners of the property live in the main house at the rear of the property, only communal areas are the car parking space, you will have a designated space to the far right.
Spa is for guest use only with upgraded fences.
You may hear noises from the main house, you have full privacy.

The property was lovely and spacious, with a view overlooking the golf course and ocean in the distance. The property owners were lovely and helpful. The spa was a highlight and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful and clean, great bay view in the distance, and across the road is the golf course, this place is roomy and full of light, it has a roomy outdoor spa and established plants all around if you're a plant lover, the heater is amazing and warms the rooms entirely during the cold nights, there is no dryer or washing machine, this would definitely add extra stars, so you cannot wash or. dry anything in winter, overall a very quiet and pleasant stay as I wanted and enjoyed it very much with also a helping hand at hand by the owner next door if we needed any help, I highly recommend this beauty!

Place and location was great but this is not an entire property. No sleep ins and no cooking.

The property great, great views and great location however this property should not be listed as an entire place. The property is connected to the main house where the owners live so there is not a lot of privacy and you have to consider them being there in terms of noise. The bedroom is also above the main house kitchen so you can hear the owners quite clearly during the day, dont stay here if you want a sleep in. There are no clear pictures of the kitchen, there is a small fridge an a single portable induction cook top so no real room for cooking meals. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the owners were lovely however the price, pictures and listing do not reflect the property.

Amazing!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful accomodation perfect for a couple getaway! The fire and spa were heated up for us on arrival and it also has a nice water view! Owners on the rear of the property are also very helpful and accomodating. We definitely will be back :)

Didn’t get what we booked

Was very disappointed we didn’t get to stay at the property we booked as it was double booked we’re were to stay there for our 25th Anniversary so it put a dampener on our time away Kirsty found us somewhere else to stay but it’s not what we paid for and I felt we should of been compensated plus the wifi couldn’t get to work did message Kirsty but had no reply so not a very good experience all up .I always booked with stayz and never had a issue until now and it’s funny how when I pushed the sad face it took me to a blank page so when I pushed the smiley face it let me comment overall very disappointed 😠😡

Very spacious and great views.

This is a great property for a couple with outstanding views and is as spacious as the photos indicate. Great views across the bay toward Port Phillip Heads. Kitchenette is basic as described and full service Foxtell and Netflix a bonus. Short drive to good coffee and some good restaurants locally.

This is an ideal property for a couple or single traveller. Plenty of room, lots of light and beautiful views. Quiet but not too far from town. The owners are friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

A beautiful property with gorgeous views and sunsets . Comfy furnishings, clean, spacious, surrounded by floor to ceiling windows there wasn't anything we didnt have. Was amazing. The owners are lovely, hospitable and want you to have the best experience staying here. Sita alo kindly offered to do our washing for us. On arrival and departure the owners helped with our luggage which was most appreciated. Was sad to leave such a beautiful property. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful accomodation in a great location

The accomodation was incredibly generous in terms of size with a huge open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with a large wrap around balcony with a spa on the lower terrace. The views over the golf course and beyond to the bay were wonderful. The property was very clean and tidy on arrival. The check- in process was very easy and the owners live in the adjoining building who were very friendly and wanted to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend the property for anyone looking for accomodation in the area, being away from the craziness of the foreshore but just a 5 min drive away was just perfect for us and was close to everything we needed - back beaches, wineries, cafe's and a very nice walk up to Arthurs Seat.

Beautiful and comfortable house

Stayed here with our 4 month old. Ended up spending lots of time at the accommodation because of the baby. Glad we booked this place as it is big, comfortable and a really nice space to hang out in. Our hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. They even went out to get us a bathtub for the baby. The location is not walking distance to much (except if you want to walk on the golf course opposite house) but a short drive to everything. Nice neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay.
