Take a look at this beautiful and fully updated 2 bedroom 1 bath home located only 1.25 miles from Texas Tech University. This home boasts tasteful decorations and new furniture throughout to help make your stay more than just the run-of-the-mill Airbnb experience. The bedrooms contain either a new king or queen bed to ensure that you get the best night's sleep while the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need whether it's bringing home takeout or making your own home-cooked meal.

The bedrooms feature either a queen size or king size bed with the most comfortable mattress you will sleep on while traveling. In addition, the rooms also have bedside lamps with USB charging capabilities and desks that can be used for any working needs while traveling.

The shared bathroom is clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink.

The living room features plenty of seating with a comfy couch that also allows for an additional place for a guest to sleep. This area also has a 45 Roku enabled TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime already setup for guests to use.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Updated counter tops and modern updates make sure you feel right at home.

The dining area has plenty of seating for guests and friends to stop by.

The backyard is large well fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. The garage isn't quite big enough for vehicles therefore we prefer that guests do not attempt to use it.

Texas Star Home is located in the Maedgen neighborhood which is a very safe well-established neighborhood located 1 mile south of Texas Tech University. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 1 mile away) dining and entertainment. This house is a straight 4 to 6-minute shot to the SW corner of TTU campus.

Located close to everything. Main roads Indiana Ave and 34th Street are nearby as well as Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
