The bedrooms feature queen size beds with the most comfortable mattress you will sleep on while traveling. In addition the rooms also have bedside lamps with additional outlet capabilities and luggage racks that can be used to keep your bags off the floor. n nThe shared bathroom is clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. The large window in the bathroom is frosted and painted on the exterior to ensure privacy during your stay. n nThe living room features plenty of seating with a comfy couch that also allows for an additional place for a guest to sleep. This area also has a 45 Roku enabled TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime already setup for guests to use. n nThe kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Updated counter tops and modern updates make sure you feel right at home. n nThe dining area has plenty of seating for up to four guests while the living room is another perfect place to enjoy a meal. n nThe backyard is large well fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. If you prefer other transportation you can usually Uber to the campus Broadway or downtown areas for around $5. The house is a .10 mile east of University (a major street) which makes the area very safe. n nVery centrally located! TTU campus and stadium can be accessed by simply heading west towards University. The house is located directly off University and makes travel very convenient. The house is very close to Broadway and downtown for live music drinks or dinner. Guests can access the loop by heading south on University. Other than Uber options for ground transportation in Lubbock are poor and although the neighborhood is convenient to the University and downtown a car is still recommended. n n- tNo house parties.
