Excellent fit. with 135 m2 at 70 mts. from the sea, with electric barbecue and Wifi

Apt. With 135 m2 floor area, two garages, suite, terrace, beach service, walk in the sand, 70mts from the beach. It has swimming pool for adults and children. Excellent living room, all equipped with television, refrigerator, freezer and etc. It also has very comfortable sofas and dining table for 8 people. It also has a beach service with two umbrellas, 5 beach chairs, if necessary I have 3 extra chairs, a super market type to carry the shopping, access to the beach through the garden (PI), no need to cross the street, location on the beach with marquee space for umbrellas, benches in the garden for rest and reading. The apartment has a protective screen for children, plasma TV, stereo, besides the three bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, also has maid's room with ceiling fan and full bathroom.

Viagem perfeita!! O Apartamento muito bom! Muito bem equipado, tinha tudo o que precisávamos. O prédio conta com uma piscina ótima. Não conhecíamos a praia de Riviera.. maravilhosa!! Nunca ficamos em um apartamento tão pertinho da praia. A proprietária Waldete extremamente atenciosa! Voltaremos!!

Apartamento muito bom. Quartos confortáveis ja com roupa de cama e banho. Amplo, muito proximo ao mar. Excelente maquina de gelo no predio. Waldete sempre me respondeu muito rapido e super educada.
