This house turned out to be perfect for us. Activities were close enough for the grandchild who is Tim. The ramp was wonderful for the walker in the downstairs bedroom was perfect. We all had a great time. It’s close to all activities and restaurants.
Best cabin we have stayed at. Location was amazing. Could sit on the back porch or the hot tub and enjoy the privacy, no neighbors visible. Cabin was beautiful!
Cabin is very secluded on top of hill surrounded by trees Beds are very comfortable Fire pit was very nice Highly recommend Will be my go to cabin from now on
The place is wonderful. Clean and comfy! It’s a nice, secluded area. Not far to to the lake and hiking trails. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
Pictures do not do it justice!! Came out with the family and had an amazing time. The kids enjoyed the projector and the hot tub as did we. Loved the fact that the area was secluded to our own space. Sipping coffee off the back deck looking into the trees was quite peaceful. Cabin had everything we needed, very clean, and absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for the memories!!
This was our second visit to the area and we have absolutely no issues with this place. It was so quiet even though we were minutes away from the highway. The cabin had everything we could ever need and it was so cozy. It was clean and very spacious for all of us (5 adults and our pups). We will definitely book here again!
This place had everything we needed…it was amazing to find. The place was bigger than we expected which was so nice for our size. Super easy to get to trails from the cabin and the hot tub was a hit with our kids. The host was very responsive with any needs we had and messaged back within the day. Overall it was a great time here! We definitely will be coming back :)
This place was a perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. We had everything We needed and the kids loved the movie screen upstairs! The beds upstairs are extremely firm so if you’re not used to that bring your own memory foam. Also if sleeping in the loft it will be very warm up there at night so bring a fan. We went and bought a box fan and it was 40! So bring one from home to save you some money. We definitely loved staying here and loved the privacy of the location.
It was perfect! It was 3 adults and 2 dogs! You can’t beat the location. The nicest cabin (in my price range)I have stayed at in Broken Bow. We will be back here!
Great place, but driveway is very steep so I was happy I had 4WD. Pulling a 19ft bass boat up it was a bit scary. That being said I would still recommend this place but you wont get a large boat up the driveway.
We really enjoyed staying at Acorn Acres. There’s plenty of room for our family of four. Originally we were going with another family, but they had to back out, so it was just the four of us. There would have been no problem fitting the two families in the three bedrooms. This place is located in a great spot on the north side of Hochatown near the new Maze and Putt Putt place.
The cabin looks fairly new. The bathrooms were clean, the linens and towels were clean, and all the dishes were clean. As for the other reviewers commenting on the bugs, it’s a cabin in the woods. You’re going to see a few bugs, it’s inevitable. This place does NOT have a bug problem.
Overall it’s a great place to stay to enjoy Hochatown, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend SP. We would definitely stay here again.
The location was close to entertainment yet totally private surrounded by trees. The cabin was wonderful and fit my family of six nicely with room to spare. The kitchen was overly stocked with everything we needed. The only issue was master mattress was not great but can be over looked. We will be back.
Stayed with family and really enjoyed the cabin. The location is beautiful. We loved sitting on the porches and just enjoying nature the hot tub was a plus. We will definitely stay there again!
Loved our time at the property. Was beautiful inside and out. Had everything we needed. The only complaint (which is partially our fault for not reaching out) is that the upstairs TV’s did not work. Overall, a great time with lots of space.
