One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

This condo was perfect for our vacation in Hawaii. Very roomy for two couples and perfect location to Poipu Beach and driving to other parts of the island. Would definitely rent here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms spacious, the bath towels plush and the coffee you provided was delish.Just a short walk to the beach and short walk to a great place for dinner. If I make it back to Kauai I’ll return here

Very nice unit. Clean, well stocked and located in a lush and quiet area, walking distance to the beach and park. Lovely view from the balcony of beautiful Kauai sun sets. Felt very “at home” during our stay. Only shortcoming is furniture could use updating.

Very close to the beach and nice condo. Everything was as pictured. Only things I would improve would be to find a way for the shower water not to get on the floor and have firmer pillows. Other than that, great!

This townhome property was steps from Poipu Beach and walkable to a few restaurants and the beach. It was also well equipped and we had some of our best meals in with our farmer's market finds. They units are noisy. You can hear the neighbors from your building and the building behind when they talk on the lanai, but everyone seems to follow the noise policy and it wasn't so bad. You can see the ocean in the distance, just like the pictures, but you also see the parking lot and tennis courts. Even so, it was still wonderful for the price. I would recommend this unit for budget travelers. I would definitely stay again.

Property is a little tired but reasonable value. Seemed quiet close to ocean. Check in and out not great, manager needs training. If you want a really great place this is not it. If you want a less expensive place for a few nights this works

Aloha Dr. Brown. Nihi Kai is an older property, but well maintained. We do have newly built properties if that would better suit you. Kevin who checked you in has been with us for 25 years and is loved by most, if not all, Nihi Kai guests and owners. I do see that you requested to check in early and we could not grant that as the unit was still being cleaned (it was a back-to-back) and that you got very frustrated and stormed out. We are sorry we could not get you in early, but I do not think it fair to take your frustration out on Kevin. Aloha.

Review #21446037 “Nihi Kai Villas #704: Newly renovated home with ocean views!” ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ Pros: Property was clean, in good condition, and well equipped. Pathway connects with beautiful Heritage Trail and Grand Hyatt Regency. Golf course view. Quiet. Immediate response for fan switch repair. Poipu beach nearby (requires driving). Cons: Property requires carrying bags from parking to the rental property and then up steps to the entry door. View of the ocean is blocked by other properties. Light/fan switches not labeled and difficult to find. Very costly with high security deposit required even for 3 day stay. Had to go to a central office for key even though a lock box is available.

We go to great lengths to describe and photograph each unit, its view, location, etc. For your next trip, we do have many others that are closer to parking, have different views, floor plans, etc. so I am sure we can find one that suits your needs. As far as check-in, we like to meet our guests at our front desk and say Aloha. Lock boxes are impersonal and are provided for an emergency rather than check-in and check-out.
