This beautiful spacious 3 bedroom 1.5 Bath home is the perfect place to enjoy Puerto Rico with family and friends. Situated in the Bahia Vista Mar neighborhood this 1382 square foot two story home was recently renovated and tastefully furnished for comfort. Just minutes from the historic city of San Juan and centrally located to all that the island of Puerto Rico has to offer. This unique space will not disappoint.

Upon booking, guests will receive a unique combination to open an Electronic lock box located on the railing on the front porch of property. The keys inside lock box will provide access to the home. Guests will have access to Entire 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom House.

When you first enter, a very inviting and comfortable living room welcomes you home. This is where the house’s smart TV is located for all to enjoy. The TV is has Netflix Hulu and Amazon Prime already installed. This is also where you will find a very cool bar cart for happy hour. A 1st fl half bath room is conveniently located between the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. This kitchen has all you need to prepare a delicious gourmet meal with dining room seating for 6. High speed Wi-Fi throughout allows access to all data you and your family will need.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms uniquely designed for your comfort with plush high end bedding for a great nights sleep. Please note: There is a gate at the top of the stairs leading to the second floor that does not lock and just needs to be pushed open and closed. The front bedroom offers a King size bed with a new memory foam mattress. The middle bedroom has a bed that can be used as either a twin bed or be pulled out and converted to a king bed. Either way the gel topper is sure to provide comfort. The rear bedroom provides a queen size memory foam mattress with cherry furniture. All bedrooms have mirrored closets and plenty of space for your belongings as well as individually climate controlled Air conditioning systems. The main bathroom is also located on the 2nd fl and has a cozy tropical feel. Shampoo conditioner, lotion and body wash are available for guest use. The house also has a washer and dryer combo unit on the 1st Fl for guests to use.

In addition to the three bedrooms there is also a queen size air mattress and bedding available should the need arise. Please note there is a $50 additional fee for each guests over six.

There are 4 Cameras monitoring the Front and Rear Entrances. The host uses these for security. Both your security and privacy are very important to the host and there are no cameras monitoring the living areas

Keep in mind, you are in the island and chickens in the neighborhood will crow in the morning. Also this house does not have back up generation, so if the house loses power, you will have to make due with flashlights and candles that are in the home.
