You will stay in a mini T2 villa, 36m² with terrace facing the sea: (West orientation): it is the most beautiful view of the whole residence!
The rental is recently renovated, with a relaxing decor, the equipment is new. New kitchen in 2018.
You will have:
- A large bedroom with a double bed
- A beautiful bright living room with sea view (with 3 additional beds)
- A pleasant and well-equipped kitchen (with the same view!)
- An independent WC.
- An entrance
- A double terrace equipped with table & chairs & deckchairs .... and a breathtaking view of Cupabia bay!
- brand new, reversible wall air conditioning.

The mini-villa is located in the 3-star holiday residence ALBA ROSSA, very quiet, renovated and entirely pedestrianized for the good & security of all ... (car access authorized for departures & arrivals).
The park is beautifully wooded, flowery, surrounded exclusively by Corsican vegetation, with a natural, authentic appearance.

You will find on site a beautiful heated swimming pool, a snack bar, a mini-market, a laundromat, a playground for children, a mini-golf ... the village is about 200m away ...

A small path in the maquis allows you to walk and reach the beach of Cupabia and its clear sand beach, some coves too ...

The nearby region is well equipped for water sports, visits to prehistoric sites (Filitosa) .. Corsican concerts in the evening ... and lazing around if you prefer!
On site you will find all the ideas for a great holiday!

Note: This is not a main residence, it is a vacation rental.

Uns fehlen genügend Worte um unseren Urlaub zu beschreiben….Haus Note 1 , Sauberkeit mehr als hygienisch, TOP,TOP, Aussicht 1.Kommunikation im Vorfeld Familie Raynaud,sehr sehr gut 1Wir waren zum wiederholtem Male auf Korsika und können sagen mit Abstand eines unserer Favoriten.Wir kommen wieder. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Catherine bedanken die uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht hat. Auch in einer für uns unangenehmen Situation ( Auto defekt, Rücktransport des Autos nach Deutschland) war sie für uns zu jederzeit da und hat uns sehr unterstützt. Wir können uns nur tausendmal für alles bedanken. Wir kommen wiederMercie , Merie, Mercie beaucoup……..Romilia & Michael

Merveilleux

Premier séjour en Corse pour nous et nous n'avons pas été déçus. La vue depuis le logement est magnifique et la Résidence très calme. Le logement est fonctionnel , rénové avec goût et très bien décoré. Il ne manque rien pour un super séjour. Très bon accueil ! Il se situe dans une région préservée, parfaite pour découvrir le sud-ouest et le centre de l'île. Je recommande !

Vacances inoubliables dans la villa Oziu

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la mini villa Oziu qui offre une vue incroyable sur la très belle plage de Cupabia. Elle est très bien agencée et décorée avec goût, on se sent chez soi et on n’a pas envie de repartir de cet endroit de rêve ! Accueil au top ! Très belle résidence bien entretenue et fleurie bien située entre Ajaccio et Bonifacio qui permet de découvrir les beautés de la Corse du Sud. La villa Oziu nous manque déjà, nous espérons revenir !

Urlaub mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben 1 Woche hier verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine super Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Bucht. Zum Strand von Coppabia führt ein Fußweg für den man etwa eine halbe Stunde braucht. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, schöne Anlage mit Pool. Man sollte nur unbedingt ein Moskitonetz mitbringen! Und bei uns wurde die Wohnung scheinbar im Vorfeld nicht richtig gereinigt, was hoffentlich ein Versehen war. Somit 4/5 Sternen.

Welch schöner Aufenthalt in der Mini- Villa von Evelyn und Dennis! Die Mini- Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und toller Kreativität eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und die Bepflanzung rund um das Haus sind toll und der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Cupabia ist traumhaft, ja atemberaubend. Die Residenz, in der sich die Mini- Villa befindet, hat uns sehr gefallen. Den Pool ( einfach , aber völlig ausreichend!), Boules- und Minigolf- Platz haben wir mit den Kindern mit Freude genutzt. Toll ist es auch, dass es einen Brötchendienst am Morgen an der Rezeption (so nette Damen dort!☀️) gibt- der nächste Supermarkt / Bäcker ist 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt- 2 gute Restaurants befinden sich jedoch direkt vor Ort ( 3-5 min zu Fuß). Auch die anderen Gäste ( überwiegend Französinnen und Franzosen) in der Residenz waren sehr freundlich - eine sehr ruhige und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Und was Dennis und Renaud betrifft… sie sind wunderbare Gastgeber und sind bei Fragen bzw. Problemen sofort erreichbar und helfen. Die Lage der Mini - Villa auf Korsika fanden wir auch toll… eine wunderschöne Gegend, tolle Strände und atemberaubende Natur- weit abgelegen vom Trubel. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und sind sehr dankbar, dass wir in der Mini- Villa Oziù von Evelyn und Dennis wohnen durften- es war wunderbar! Un grand merci!!!

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Aussicht!

Wir waren im Juli zu Viert (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) in der Mini-Villa. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht! Der Ausblick ist wirklich wunderschön und sowohl die Mini-Villa als auch die Terrasse sind liebevoll gestaltet, gut durchdacht und gepflegt. An die Größe haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Die Ausstattung ist gut! In der teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Anlage scheint es eine der schönsten Mini-Villen zu sein, zumindest hat sie die schönste Terrasse mit der tollsten Aussicht auf die wunderschöne Bucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr zuverlässig und sympathisch. Das einzige was uns manchmal fehlte, war eine Möglichkeit, in den Nachmittags-/ Abendstunden etwas mehr Schatten auf der Terrasse zu schaffen. Aber wie schon gesagt und wie auch schon oft geschrieben wurde, der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft!

Une super mini villa

Petite villa très bien pensée et très joliment décorée avec tout le confort possible et surtout une vue a couper le souffle du matin au soleil couchant. Un lieu proche du paradis. Des propriétaires très sympathique et à votre écoute merci à Mr et Madame Renaud de nous avoir loué une aussi jolie petite maison. À recommander à 100%.

Vue magnifique sur la plage de Cupabia

Résidence très calme, appartement très bien décoré et équipé. Beaucoup de charme avec la terrasse donnant sur la mer. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. A noter (uniquement pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer) que le parking n'est pas juste à côté du gîte et le trajet n'est pas plat.

Stunning Views

Described as a "mini villa", it is indeed small but has everything you need - very well designed with eating area inside and out, and a second terrace for sunbathing. Perfect for a couple! The views are gorgeous and the pool just a short walk away and never busy (Sept). Loved picking up fresh croissants/baguette every morning on site. No local supermarket but a couple of restaurants just down the road. There is no wi-fi, which is the only downside.

Un sejour très agréable

Un séjour reposant avec une vue imprenable sur la mer ! La villa est confortable et bien équipée. On ne se lasse pas de la terrasse ! La piscine de la résidence est appréciable et bien entretenue. La voiture est toutefois indispensable pour permettre de faire les courses et d'acceder à tous types d'activités à proximité (plage, port, randonnées etc). Nous reviendrons ! ;)

Un golfe à connaître

Gîte parfait pour 2 personnes, bien équipé, très bien situé dans la résidence et avec une vue magnifique. Le golfe du Valinco et son arrière-pays offrent des sites et des paysages tout à fait remarquables et un séjour agréable et intéressant. A recommander.
