Great place to stay

This is a perfect place for families and friends. The location, the amazing views, the pool which is a few steps away, everything was perfect. If you are looking at being a few minutes from the village but also away from the crowds this is the perfect place for you! You will not regret it!!

Great location for skiing.

A nice place to stay with easy ski in / ski out. Easily accommodates 6 people with 7th person being a stretch. Cooking meals there was easy. Quick walk down a few stairs to ski trail. Indoor heated parking was an unexpected plus.

Nice bungalow condo - outstanding views!

Really GORGEOUS views of Lac Tremblant, the mountains & village below. Condo was clean and spacious. 20 min walk down to village or 40 min walk back to condo (steep climb). Lots of free parking at bottom of hill - so no problem!

Equinox

The condo was perfectly located, right along a ski trail. Easy access to the ski slopes. Overall the condo was very comfortable but the furnishings are a bit dated. Kitchen was missing some basic utensils and one drawer front was broken,(which I fixed). Living room chairs were a little worn. Could use some updating but overall, very comfortable and great location. Very charming area. Will return again, both summer and winter.

Location is the only good thing about this property

Location is the only thing this rental property has to offer. The unit is very dated and beds extremely were very uncomfortable. The unit was odviously not cleaned before we checked in, floors were dirty and sinks had visible hair clippings. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Which we fixed. It didnt smell clean, or look clean at all. Not sure why we pay a cleaning fee when we left it cleaner than when we arrived. At night the unit was very dark with not alot of lighting. Lamps were missing light bulbs and remote controls were missing batteries. Very disappointing given the price we paid.

Nice place - not well serviced

The condo was nice and just as conveniently located as advertised. Common rooms were large and pleasant; bedrooms were small but not unusual for a slope-side condo. Service left much to be desired: Rental office staff had no familiarity with the ski resort and could provide no advice. Ski locker was padlocked and it took them two days to find the combination. Two bedrooms had lights that did not work and no repair or bulb replacement despite our frequent requests. One set of keys did not work in the front door. Vacation condos frequently come with little starter kits (coffee, tea, etc); this did not. Unit was generally clean but don't look at floor near the washer/dryer unless you have a strong stomach. Our request for a one hour late checkout was denied by the rental office staff.

The check-in process was poorly communicated and required driving to a different location (address not provided until I called). Once you get in, the home itself is in a pretty good location - mostly ski-in ski-out and about a 20 minute walk to the village. However, it really needs to be updated: the fireplace needs to be cleaned, the dining room chairs are about to fall apart, there's a tube television in one of the rooms (!), etc. etc.
