With over 2,000 square feet of interior space and over 1,500 square feet of covered balcony space you have all of the room you need or would ever want to relax and enjoy your vacation overlooking spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Bright, beautiful, and impeccably decorated "Sunswept's" stunning oceanfront location is also conveniently located a short walk away from the heart of Pensacola Beach's most fun and festive restaurants, bars, and shopping.

This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Free WiFi throughout the condo - high speed! Supports multiple simultaneous streaming devices. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - wireless high speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 10 people:

Two master suits with king beds, one queen suite, and a dual twin bed suite (that can be converted into a king) plus a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedrooms:
- South master suite has a king bed, direct balcony access, and direct views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. The south master bath is opulent with a huge glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities. Granite and tile throughout.
- North master suite has a king bed. private bath, and a private balcony that overlooks Pensacola Bay, Quiet Water harbor area, and the intercostal waterway.
- West bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and spectacular views to the west of the island.
- East bedroom has dual twin beds that can be reconfigured and banded together as a king and a it has a private bath as well.
- Queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room

All bedrooms have massive 55" flat screen smart TV's with video streaming all at a touch of a button.

Unbelievable condo in a perfect location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10th floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf in Pensacola Beach, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. Accommodating two families consisting of four adults and five kids, this spacious condo provided ample room for all of us to spread out comfortably. One of the highlights of our stay was the well-equipped kitchen. With everything we needed to prepare meals, cooking became a breeze, allowing us to enjoy delicious homemade dinners while taking in the stunning scenery. However, the real gem of this condo was the balcony. Furnished with a grill and offering unparalleled views of the Gulf, it quickly became our favorite spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of our surroundings. The chair service was a fantastic addition to our stay. With plenty of seats available, we never had to worry about saving spots on the beach. Instead, we could focus on making memories with our loved ones without any hassle or stress. Speaking of the beach, it was nothing short of perfection. With its soft sand and crystal-clear waters, it provided the ideal backdrop for endless hours of fun and relaxation. The indoor and outdoor pool was perfect for the two days it was a little windy and cold. Overall, I can't recommend this condo enough to anyone looking to spend time in Pensacola Beach. We had a blast. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

Spring break with family

Had a wonderful time. You have to use key access everywhere you go within this property. One of keys did not work and the codes changed half way through our stay but we managed to make it by the help of others. The unit had everything we needed. Beds were firm but manageable. Access to everything you need. We had a great time. Would definitely come back!

Dirty Rental Unit

Property was in a nice location with reasonably close access to many restaurants and beach shopping. The physical condition of the property was a big disappointment. The kitchen really needs a good cleaning as the stove top, counters and microwave oven were all dirty. There is a noticeable water stain in the master bath ceiling from a previous leak. The ventilation duct work has a lot of dust embedded in them along with what appears to be mold growing and rust on a few of them. The areas behind the doors and over the door jams are also packed with dirt and dust is hanging from the door hinges. The ceiling above the cooking area has numerous dust balls hanging from it. I understand periodic building maintenance is a requirement, I just did not appreciate not knowing ahead of time the men who were power washing the building would be hanging outside our bedroom windows so early in the morning. This also went on for the entire time we were there. Not sure if we will be recommending this unit to our travel buddies who are looking to stay in Pensacola.

Amazing vacation!!

We had an amazing week with our 4 daughters and one boyfriend. Did some beach days, golfing, dolphin cruise, fishing and had successful shopping days! We are absolutely coming back to Pensacola Beach again!

While here we had the opportunity to live on all three of our beautiful coastlines (West - Monterey CA, East - Oceana VA, and the Gulf Coast - Pensacola Beach FL). After all of our travels were complete, we decided that there was no better place to live or vacation than Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands and the emerald green waters form the perfect backdrop for where low cost of living meets the highest quality of life. Since 2009 we have loved it here and we are certain you will too!

We are constantly at the beach so we decided to buy a beach front condo that we could call our own. After careful research, we, along with some of our best friends formed a partnership and bought this incredible 4 bedroom/4 bath room end unit condo at Beach Club Towers resorts. We use it ourselves from time to time and open our home to others to enjoy the sun and the sand as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

On the Gulf of Mexico and within walking distance of the finest and funest places to experience on Pensacola Beach - there is nothing better! Some of our great local events/adventures include: deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dolphin watching or going on a dolphin cruise, walking the Gulf Island National Sea Shores and touring the Ft. Pickens historical FL state park, touring the National Museum of Naval Aviation (equal if not better than the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC), Adventures Unlimited (Zip Lining, tubing, kayaking, and the high adventure ropes course), Historic Seville Square (concerts in the Park on Thursday nights during the summer), or kicking back and shopping/dinning on Palafox St. (named one of the USA's 10 Best Streets by Travel Mag).
