Penthouse on the top 3rd floor with terrace, jacuzzi, electric heater, view of the volcano and with unobstructed surrounding mountains, 9,000 feet high, clean air, temperature daytime 75 F and 55F at night. It has a large terrace with a large glass table for breakfast, an umbrella with two sunbathing chairs and remote-control sun cover. Large sunroom has panoramic unobstructed views with large windows. Property has a 65 inches HD TV, Netflix, Bosch speakers, local and US phone (free calls), laundry service pick up and delivered, cleaning service, modern kitchen with many types of equipment. No gas, induction oven and cooking dishes, office desk wired for laptop wi-fi, fireplace, modern furnishings with well-appointed design. Property right in a center of town, next to Pichincha Bank. The bed and pillows are memory foam. Property has all the comfort for comfortable living and live there permanently. The good reason it has name Leo's Paradise. Amazing views! Great Location!

Views of the mountains were amazing from every room. Great penthouse rooftop terrace. Very nice and accommodating host. Leo our host was there to greet us on our arrival. He was very informative about the town and had a contact list of people who could help us out with any issues or needs. The only discrepancy was it is listed as 2 bed 2 bath. There is only one bedroom with an additional daybed and sofa with a closable partition and only one bathroom. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Cotacachi with beautiful views and a great central location.
