Great place to stay. The townhome is very comfortable and very clean. The location was convenient for us and is located in a nice neighborhood. We hope to stay again on future trips to the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this townhome had all the amenities we needed two coffee makers and full cooking pans and dishes. The area was very quiet and close to eating and grocery stores. We did digital nomading for a year. FL, MD, CA. This property is up there in best stays. Property is exactly as is shown on App if not better. Neighborhood is the best by far. Location was great, close to many places. The home is so functional, the couches and bed comfortable. Cute townhouse to match the cute neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Honestly, just wish all the places we’ve stayed was this great!

Nice 2 level townhome in Westchase, FL

Unit was very clean, well maintained and located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Parking was available right in front of home. Claire was quick to respond and very accommodating. Would definitely stay in this property again.

Thank you for choosing us . There are closets namely closet in second bedroom upstairs and the main bedroom has a dresser for use. Patio furniture in garage to avoid heavy wind and storms , I offered to have it put out before your arrival, that offer was declined.

A Month in Tampa

The location of this townhome was Perfect for us, located to close to where we wanted to be. It is a nice townhome although, it said No Pets so I unfortunately assumed it was a Petfree household. When we arrived and opened the front door, I knew immediately she had pets from the smell. We were usually gone during the day and left for a few weekend trips to St. Augustine and the Keys so it was fine.

So surprising to hear. Dogs do not live in the home maybe twice a year family visits and brings their pet which is a very small hypoallergenic dog that does not shed. We have had guests on other platforms stay and never expressed there was smell and the home is always professionally cleaned .

Home away from home

Let me start off by saying my 10 year old did not want to leave! The location was perfect for a family with small children and the place itself was absolutely beautiful. It felt like we were at our home away from home. It was clean and cozy and we loved every moment. I’d definitely stay there again!

Bright and Cozy Townhome near Tampa

The townhome was spacious and is located in a very nice and quiet area in Westchase. The living area was on the first level and the bedrooms were on the second level. The living room had a large sectional sofa with two other sofas. The kitchen had all new stainless steel high end appliances (Samsung) as well as granite countertops there was a toaster oven as well as regular coffee machine and Nespresso. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, cooking pots and everything you would need if you decide to stay home and cook. The dining area had a table for six where you can sit and enjoy your homecooked meals. There is a laundry/storage room next to the kitchen, the washer and dryer were very big and also high end. There is a small outdoor space in the rear of the townhome there is no grass all concrete, there is access to the garage. The master bedroom had a King size bed with a very comfortable mattress. The second bedroom had a small desk and a twin bed. One thing that can be added in the second room is a TV. Our host Claire was very responsive and helped us with all our questions and concerns, she was so kind and allowed us to check in earlier. We would definitely consider staying at this property again when visiting the Tampa area.

Beautiful townhome, very cozy and clean. Had everything we needed. Claire was generous enough to be flexible with check in and out and allowed us access to garage to store some boxes. Great location, beautiful neighborhood.
