Home away from home!

The condo was spacious and bright with an AMAZING Golf view. The condo was clean and our family had a comfortable stay during our vacation. We enjoyed staying there and we do plan on coming back soon! It definitely felt like a home away from home!I would highly recommend it!

Quiet Complex

The complex was small and not crowded at all. Kenny was fantastic to work with- he was quick to respond to any questions I had. Check in was easy and the condo was ready upon our arrival. Plenty of room and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We will stay here again.

Clean room. The grounds keeper kept the grounds immaculate. I loved the location.However the Bluewave rental properties (Kenny)Informed me on my way to beach that their may be some construction going on but would not effect my stay. By wednesday there was full on construction going on right above us with equipment and ropes hanging directly in front of us. The construction noise was almost unbearable and I shoild have been notified prior as that would made a difference in booking here. When checking out the cleaning lady was banging on my door at 9 am and check out wasnt til 10. She then left her cleaning cart sitting right outside unit and she sat down on a bench and waited for us to leave. As we were taking the last load out she was literally standing right outside our door. We barely got out of the door before she was going in. Just rude. Photos below is construction equipment hanging outside our balcony.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed the stay here. You're right on the beach and the views are amazing. The sunsets are spectacular! The condo was clean and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Had a great stay. Condo had everything you needed to feel right at home. Comfortable beds plenty of room and space as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Check in was a breeze after a long drive.

XSpectacular

XThis was our first time to visit Panama City Beach and we had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful and comfortable and the view from the balcony is amazing! We look forward to returning, at some point in the future, and will definitely book this property again!

Comfortable and Quiet with Gorgeous View

Unit was nice, relatively clean. Bed was very comfortable. The view made the stay very enjoyable. Beautiful sunset every evening. Location was good, lots of restaurants and shops within a short drive. Kenny the property manager was friendly and prompt dealing with any concerns. Would consider returning.

beautiful and serene. Perfect for a short getaway with the family

Cleanliness could be approved, although the view of ocean and closeness to all of Panama City Beach made up for this. Especially grateful for the community of this place. We stayed for the 4th of July and there was a bonfire, smores and fireworks right on the beach for us. We felt welcomed and enjoyed the socialization as well as festivities with everyone.

Fantastic!!

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. My husband and I had a great time. The weather was perfect and the water was gorgeous. The condo was perfect and really more than we were expecting. Everyone at the complex was so nice and even recommended some places to eat at that We didn't know about. We didn't want to return to the 'real' world!

Gorgeous Views

The location is great! The view from the balcony is what keeps us coming back every year. We struggled with our Roku in the bedroom, however; we were able to use it just fine in the living room. We've stayed at this location several times and this particular condo twice now, and the owner has always been great. The property manager was very helpful and is genuinely a nice person. Our neighbors were not as friendly as we'd hoped and we're assuming had accused us of smoking on the balcony, when we're non-smoking individuals. Regardless, this had nothing to do with our stay at this location. Thanks again for a great time!

Best Spot On The Beach

The view from the balcony is as good as it gets. It is a great condo for a week at the beach. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived, but Kenny responded immediately and got our situation sorted out. The property owner is very responsive and friendly. We realized in the middle of the week that we could stay in Florida for an extra day and we were able to easily work with Kenny to add an extra day to our stay. We head to PCB every year and will likely attempt to reserve this one again next year as it is a great location at a fair price.

Nice girls trip

Condo in great location and very clean. Would recommend new TV in living area- we had lots of rain and had limited things to do so wanted to watch some Netflix and tried to plug in our computer to stream and would not work. The tv screen was a little fuzzy! Other than that all was great- had all we needed besides a good tv to pass the time while it rained.

Don’t waste your money on this one

Great view is the only good thing. Bed, sofas, chairs all very uncomfortable. Chairs at dining table swivel but won’t stay in place to sit down or stand up. Ceiling in kitchen is bare concrete, pots and pans all pock marked only found 3 I could use although they were bowed. Door below sink in kitchen broken, drawer without a pull knob in kitchen. Absolutely no water pressure in master shower, used once and used other shower the rest of our time there. Hot water was no where near hot. Owners closet was unlocked we discovered and had alcohol in it, tried to lock it but couldn’t and no we did not drink the alcohol. The whole unit needs new furniture and mattress. The furniture is very outdated. Pictures don’t show that there is a trundle couch/ bed in the living room, that too was very uncomfortable. Doubt we will be back especially since our “damage deposit” has still not been refunded!

Location, location, location

If location were the only qualifier - this would be 5 stars. This 5 story facility is located directly on the beach with a view of the same. We enjoyed that this was south of all the "activity" and high rises further up into Panama City Beach. You are only 1 mile north of a state park - an easy bike ride. Traffic was horrendous north of here, but it was full blown spring break with all the drunk college kids. Not sure if I would be comfortable with little kids in this unit. There are an awful lot of "breakable" things laying around. Truly, the only thing I can "whine" about is that I wish there were access to a mop or wet swiffer - something / anything to clean the tile floor. We kept it swept up, but our feet were just filthy after walking around on them for a couple hours. Oh well - soap and water and a washrag!! Plenty of dishware and utensils to be found. Made a few suggestions about things to the manager of the place - hoping they were taken care of for future guests and their comfort. Also - grocery stores are within a mile and half and some good restraunts near by if you want to avoid the crowds further north. There are 3 gas grills on site. There is also a great game room with a pool table, corn hole boards, puzzles and board games available - IF it is unlocked. We did notice, depending on who was in the office, that the room was very seldom available to use. COVID related? If you stay, be prepared to start yelling at the clock on the wall which is perpetually stuck at 5! I was about to go buy batteries for the darn thing, but if you look at the photos - the clock apparently has always said 5. LOL - Chill and have a drink

Love this property! If you're looking for a quiet, peacful stay then this is the place for you. It's small but that's what we like. Not a lot of traffic so no long waits for anything. Great pool and beach access. Beautiful views from your balcony. Condo was just right for two people but could sleep 4 with a day bed and trundle in the living room area with 2nd bath right off kitchen area. Unit was clean and equipped with all you need and plenty of linens. We will definitely return.

Great view from balcony, unit was clean upon arrival, asked for early check in and never heard back so we did arrive somewhat early and the unit was ready. The codes sent to get on and off the beach was not right , luckily some nice folks staying also had the updated codes, the tv was an adventure, not there to watch tv but instructions would be nice. Overall a good stay on the quiter end of Thomas drive. Had a good trip and would stay again
