During hours 13:00-15:00 the guest coordinator is present and set the exact time of check-in is not required.

Requests for arrival time outside the scope of the policy are accepted as follows:

For arrivals after 15:00, check-in is by specific time appointment.

For arrivals after 20:00, a pre-arranged appointment is also required and the late check-in service fee is 20 EUR.

Delays of more than one hour at the arrival appointment without any prior notice will incur additional charges.

Free very early checkout (before 07:00) by leaving the keys in a lockbox.

There is no availability for earlier than 13:00. The check-out policy is strict until 11:00. We can store your luggage for a few hours in consultation with the guest coordinator.
