The house is perfectly positioned in a quiet location, nestled on the narrowest part of the peninsula. Only 600m walk to Cameron's Bight beach and 1km to the Kooyna ocean beach, and with Koonya general store just around the corner.
A fantastic family house, large lounge and additional play area leading out to huge undercover deck. Split system air conditioning and central heating throughout the entire house. Large front grassed area for kids to play with trampoline included, to the rear of the property is a fire pit area to relax under the treed canopy.
Free wireless internet and foxtel provided.
Outdoor shower.
Kitchen has a large refrigerator, oven, hot plates, dishwasher, microwave and most importantly a good coffee machine.
Optional if requested; Toddler security gate installed to upper stairs.
