It was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! We plan on staying again in the future. Only minus is no dishwasher and the couch probably should be replaced in future, just not the most comfortable. Bed was very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay!

Another Day In Paradise

This apartment has a fantastic location. Just across the street from the beach. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. And so was the bathroom bed room and walk-in closet. Where I found beach chairs, and fishing poles, beach towels and lots of space for your clothes. If you’re looking to walk in and start your vacation without worrying this is your spot.

We were very happy with the condo. Very neat and clean and looks just like the pictures. Very well stocked with everything you need, especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. Bed super comfy, couch not so much but it’s a pull out, so understandable. Bonus was the walk-in closet as we like to put everything away and keep it neat. The location of this condo is great, third floor, nice balcony with partial view of the beach and overlooking the pool, which had just been redone and was very nice though they could update some of the loungers. Easy walk to public beach, which can get a little crowded. We drove like 5 minutes to Barefoot Beach Preserve one day, which is right there too, and loved it! You have to pay for parking and need to get there early, but the beach is huge and totally worth it! As far as the immediate area, there’s not much going on entertainment wise. Two nice restaurants within 5 minute walk- Doc’s (cash only) and Coconut Jacks, both pretty good. Otherwise just a short drive to other restaurants/bars. When we were there, they were still working on landscaping and recovery from the hurricanes, understandable. Would be awesome if they reopened the cafe that apparently they had at some point. All in all a very nice place and we would definitely stay here again!

This is the place to go to relax

This is a fine freshly remodeled condo with a very special location. New kitchen with enough wine glasses for a great party, new flat screen with added sound bar, comfortable living room sofa and chair, large very comfy bed, clean and nice bathroom with a cool walk--in shower. The lanai has nice tables and chairs with terrific views of the surrounding landscapes. The location is central to all sorts of shopping and dining. Three great restaurants are a five-minute walk from the condo complex. Plus, parking is free and plentiful.

The unit was just right, the weather no so!

The location to all of Ft Myers beach and our favorite locations was perfect. The unit appeared new and little used. Although we did little cooking, the kitchen had everything needed to make any meals! It just needed more sun and higher temps!

Awesome Place

The property layout was perfect, the amenities were beautiful, the place was super clean and even provided a welcome basket with snacks which was a nice surprise! Tim was super responsive and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and hope to return again. My only compliant, which is completely out of control of the property owner, is the trampolines were not in the lake due to COVID which was disappointing. Just sharing for others awareness!

Beautiful updated Condo

Everything appeared to be updated or brand new in condo. If you cook the condo was well supplied with everything you need. Beach chairs, beach towels. The condo is overlooking the pool. It is in building 2. Walk across street to beach. The only complaint would be the air conditioning didn't seem to get as cool as we like.

Air conditioner doesn’t cool entire condo

The condo was comfortable and clean, with the exception of the rug, but the air conditioning was not sufficient. The air conditioner was a motel type unit and was blocked by the table and chairs. Maintenance promptly came upon our complaint, but confirmed the problem was the table and chairs. Maintenance tried to adjust the vents to blow upward, but it was too hot to sleep.

Cheryl - the rug in the condo had been cleaned just prior to your arrival. The owner was in town & stayed in the unit before you; the rug was cleaned in between the owner's checkout & your checkin. Additionally, the AC unit is a newer unit & recently serviced. When you reported that you didn't think it was cooling, we sent the AC technician to check it. He confirmed that it was functioning as it should & cooling well in the unit. If there was a chair in front of the unit that you believed was interfering with the airflow, you were more than welcome to have moved it. You sent a message to our operations department shortly after your indicating that you had not yet left a review & tried to get compensation. That type of extortionist communication isn't welcome in our managed properties. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that every guest has a relaxing & memorable vacation. When there are actual maintenance issues that arise we do everything in our power to have them addressed as promptly as possible. We hope you find what you're looking for in your future travels.

Very hot !!

When we arrived the condo was very hot. We contacted the manager and he said it would take 1 hour to cool. After about 2 hours it started to cool somewhat. One AC unit in the kitchen with not one ven anywhere else in the condo. It was extremely uncomfortable to shower. We could not close the bathroom door- no vent in there either. We had to go out an buy another fan to cool the place down. . We slept with 2 fans and AC at 74 as we could not turn the temp down. One day, we stepped out and when we arrived the AC had shut off and the condo was steaming hot. Overall the place was clean, building and pool very old and not updated. We travel a lot for work and would not return, it was very uncomfortable to be in a hot space in August in Florida. Owner should consider Investing in a mini split unit or a better AC unit with vent through out . I would not recommend this place and it was not a bargain by the way.

Hello Naylet, It's very upsetting to receive your review considering that the only communication we received from you was after your initial check-in when you said the unit felt warm & then about an hour later said it was cooling. The owners have put a lot of thought & time into providing a beautiful and well-equipped studio for their guests to enjoy. It has received nothing but glowing, 5 star reviews. Not only would we have appreciated knowing about the A/C so that you weren't uncomfortable during your stay, but also so that we could have the system checked for proper functioning. You never notified us of any on-going issue during your stay. Every unit in this 5 building complex has the same A/C systems according to the buildings design and functioning. Lastly, I reviewed your booking and you booked a rate of $81/night. I don't know how much more of a bargain you can get.

Highly recommend! Gem of a condo!

Recently, my boyfriend and I visited Florida for a family party and stayed in Unit 2304 at the Bonita Beach & Tennis Club for four nights. We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was perfect for a couple and had all the amenities. When we walked in the door, we instantly felt at home. The décor in the condo was newly updated and the beachy colors set the tone for a relaxing weekend. The first few days of our trip were wet and rainy; however, towards the end of the trip, the sun did come out. Despite the weather, we were still able to enjoy some nice views from the lanai and smell the sea air. I was also amazed at how quiet the condo was even when there was a tropical storm blowing through. When we were inside, we could not tell that it was windy or rainy outside. It was very peaceful! At one point in our stay, we walked across the street to Doc’s Beach Bar and took some pictures on the beach in the rain! When the sun did come out, we returned to the beach and were able to get some really nice sunset pictures and take a dip in the heated pool you can see from the balcony. It was convenient that the beach was only a quick walk across the street! When we take our next trip to Florida, we want to rent some jet skis across the street and check out some of the restaurants down the road. We did get to try out the food at the little café in Building 1 off the club. The food was amazing! I got some smashed avocado toast and my boyfriend got an omelet. Since we got home, I made sure to buy some avocados because I wish I could have more of their toast! I’ll try my best to re-create it at home, but if I can’t, it’s just another reason to travel back to Florida and stay in Unit 2304!! For anyone that is looking to get away, I highly recommend at trip to Bonita Springs, Florida at the Beach & Tennis Club in Unit 2304! It is a little gem, and I know you will enjoy yourself! I have been to Florida dozens of times, and this is our second time this year to Unit 2304 in Bonita Springs...absolutely amazing!!! The condo was perfect, very nicely decorated, extremely clean with a California closet than has more than ample space put all our clothes and luggage. The amenities were perfect, the heated pool was amazing, we loved it. The owner goes to extreme lengths to ensure that visitors are comfortable and thoroughly enjoy their stay. Upon our arrival we immediately felt very safe in this area. Very impressed that this complex association and the owners are updating the properties with planned construction projects in a neighboring building. It was amazing that from inside the unit we could not hear any noise from neighbors or street traffic – obviously it is solidly built. The condo screened lanai has a partial Western view of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the beautiful pool from the 3rd floor. It is so peaceful. At night, the pool is lit up and it’s reminds me of a giant Aquamarine piece of jewelry. It’s stunning and so relaxing. I LOVE Barefoot Beach and the famous Doc’s Beach House directly across the street with gorgeous sunsets. It is a hidden gem so it is not very crowded or noisy there. Peaceful – Tranquil. So sad to depart from this beautiful place. I will definitely be back in 2022 and would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone. This place elevates and heals my soul on so many levels. Peaceful Retreat

We arrived on the eve of Elsa and were not sure if she would hit us or not. We were continually updated and reassured that this storm was going to turn. Upon our arrival we immediately felt very safe as this is a very solidly built condominium. It was amazing that we could not hear any noise from neighbors or street traffic. The location is excellent and within a blocks walk to the beach. The cafe on the property is very inviting and the food is simply amazing. All of the residents of Bonita Springs were so friendly and helpful. As for the condo itself: I could pick it apart but I will not. I am a "fan person." I travel with a fan. The water pressure in the shower is very good and the little kitchenette has all of the amenities. We cannot wait to return to this very nice condo in this sweet town of Bonita Springs. The rental company was amazing as well. My Fiancee left a ring there and they found it and shipped it back to us via UPS with tracking promptly.

I loved it – a perfect 5 STAR *****

I spent 10 glorious days here and am looking forward to returning in the Fall of this year to this specific Unit 2304. I have already rebooked it. My first impression upon walking into Unit 2304 was how clean and beautifully decorated it was right down to the smallest detail. All amenities were provided which included high quality linens, fine dinnerware, glassware and cooking equipment. I could tell that whoever owns Unit 2304 is meticulous. The condo tropical design with beautiful matching seaglass colors in coordination with partial Gulf view and overlooking the pool from the third-floor lanai (pool lit up at night) with palm trees swaying in the Gulf breezes in front of me was absolutely amazing. My life stress levels instantly dissolved as I was in paradise. No doubt. The beach was right across the street where I dined and enjoyed the serene Bonita Beach sunsets – spectacular! High quality sturdy beach chairs and umbrella were provided in the unit’s extremely large California style closet. The pool water felt like liquid gold to me and the pool area was meticulously cleaned by maintenance every morning during weekdays. Restaurant café on site is a big bonus plus area restaurants near by with customer oriented delicious meals at reasonable prices and views of Gulf waters. So many to choose from! Quiet and serene unit and location with gorgeous views – a true Gem! Very enjoyable! I felt very secure and safe here. I want to experience this over and over again. Can hardly wait!!! Definitely 5 STARS from us!!!

Overall a good place

Only complaints would be that the rug in the living room area was filthy, and the air conditioner was definitely not sufficient. I did send a message about it and was immediately contacted. I did as they said and still the room was just not cool enough. Closet was amazing as was storage in bathroom and kitchen. Happy to have beach chairs and fishing poles provided!! Along with 6 more beach towels. One small tidbit. We flew and so we had relied on knowing Docs was close and we could eat and get yummy adult drinks there. Big let down however, they only serve beer and wine. The sunsets were breathtaking

The owner has certainly provided a handful of extras & supplies to make vacations easy & comfortable. We haven't received previous feedback regarding the rug, but will have it looked at. All of the units condos the same wall A/C units and in the units we manage, we have them cleaned & serviced regularly. We appreciate your review & hope you return!

Ideal

This rental was perfectly convenient. walking distance to the beach, quiet, clean. Loved the pool and tennis courts as well.would rent this again.
