Our Piece of Pyap

Relax and Enjoy our Beautiful waterfront property, plenty of room, great for families.
Our property offers a large grassed front yard to the water's edge, great for fishing swimming or water sports, bring your boat, canoe or tinny. We have a three-bedroom home with 2 x king beds and two sets on single over double bunks.
2 x bathrooms 3 x toilets - Sleeps up to 10 guests
BBQ and large outdoor dining area.
Private sand bar area with boat launching and mooring facilities.
(all wheel or 4 x4 needed)
All and linen and towels are provided.

This was the most picturesque spot to wake up the morning after our wedding. We will be recommending to all our friends and family for a peaceful getaway.

Amazing views and facilities

As a family of 5 - there was amble space for us all, but I think our favourite place was the open fire on the river bank, watching the sunset… lifelong memories made ❤️

An amazing property

We could not fault this property for cleanliness, location, modern facilities and a first class host. What you see in the photos is actually what you get unlike some other properties we have stayed at. It was so well equipped in the kitchen and the large shed / games room. We will definitely be looking to come back with our kids and grandkids. Thank you Trace for sharing your beautiful house 👏👏

Dont worry Just Book this place!!

Trace was very helpful and responded to any questions or inquiries I had. The venue itself was spotless. Rooms all presented well, living areas all modern and kitchen full. The outside area was well kept with many entertainment areas. The river area it self of course was fantastic. We were very lucky to find this place.

The property has plenty of room inside and out. Rooms are large and modern to accommodate everyone . Outside is perfect playing sports on the grass , sitting by water , or watching tv under the veranda ( fireplace ). We had a ball and will definitely be back . Thanks again Tracy

Perfect spot on the river

Fabulously presented property with space a plenty. Multiple areas for relaxing and enjoying the serenity of the area, or chilling by the fire(s). Nothing beats bbq over coals on an open fire by the banks of the river .... even if you catch more carp than yabbies in the yabby nets! lol! Thanks for having us Tracy, we had a fabulous weekend

Amazing

Such a beautiful property on the water. Big enough that it seemed like we were the only ones there on that stretch of river. The house itself was great with awesome outside entertaining areas overlooking a massive lawned area and the river. The owner Trace was great to deal with and answered all questions quickly. We will definitely visit again in the future. Thanks
