Wonderful stay

Excellent location to experience Key West

Overall, we loved this location. The room was good (showing its age a bit), the views were excellent and the proximity to all of the fun things that Key West has to offer was fantastic. Overall the staff seemed like they were “over it”. Not all that friendly and welcoming but “ok”. The exception was the staff at the Sunset Tiki Bar, who were awesome! A concierge reached out before the trip and helped us with an electric car rental. Other attempts to contact that person resulted in no returned calls. You might save time by booking things yourself. We would book here again.

My family and I stayed at this resort for a short stay while visiting Key West. It was a great location right on the water and we had a great view of the marina watching wildlife and boats come in and out of the harbor. There are lots of restaurants and shops right by the hotel plus boat excursions access as well. The rooms themself were comfortable but a few things were not working within the condo (light switches, ice maker etc) nothing that would prevent us from not returning. The third bed was in a loft area which was nice that there were three full beds (plus a sleeper sofa but we did not need/use that) the only thing I would say about the bed in the loft area is that both bathrooms were located inside the two bedrooms so my aunt had to come into someone's room to use the bathroom (which was only awkward while we were sleeping). Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others without hesitation.
