Noise Nuisances
Noise continues to be a problem. Please screen your guests and advise them that noise complaints will result in a fine. This is a problem on almost every single street. We are tracking this issue. We will be notifying all homeowners of the management companies that are ignoring this problem and continue to rent to people that cause the repeated nuisance calls to the Sheriff.

Trailers, RVs, Mini Buses, Motorcycles, Uhauls and more
Trailers, RVs, buses, motorcycles, uhaul trucks or trailers, ATVs, and boats are not allowed in the community. Property managers are telling guests that these items are okay to park in the driveways or on the streets and this is just not true. All of these types of vehicles and trailers are not allowed unless they can be parked in your garage.

Great location, very clean

This condo is located in an ideal location near many attractions. It’s exactly as pictured and very clean. Kitchen has all the basics. My only wish was for a table or floor lamp in the living room for reading at night. I would rent here again.

The BEST!

This property was THE BEST. It was 5 miles from Magic Kingdom, 12 miles from Universal, an hour from Cocoa Beach, and half a mile from Target 😉 It had amenities galore; a lazy river, 0-entry pool, adult pool, hot tub, basketball court, sand volleyball, tennis, and a fully stocked tiki bar/club. It was bigger than my house. We had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large balcony, laundry in the unit, all brand new appliances, and completely updated. We had our own entry and rarely saw other people in our building. It has a keypad lock so no keys/cards to carry around, and contactless checkin/checkout. It was a dream location and dream accommodations - just as advertised. If you’re looking for a family getaway to Orlando, I’d highly recommend this place!

The property was fantastic. It had everything we needed and it was close to Universal. The only problem we had was the internet. The paper we received had the wrong password on it. We had 2 college students that needed access right away. I called property management and told them the situation, how critical it was that they both had exams due that night by 12 midnight. I know it wasn't considered an emergency but it was. We never received a call or an email back. We are already back home and still no phone call, text, or email.

Girls Getaway

This property worked well for a group of 5 girls looking for a getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated simply but nicely (pictures of the rooms are accurate). All appliances are new and in good working order. The balcony overlooking the lake is also a nice addition. The property manager was very accommodating with check in and check out times. A couple of suggestions, a welcome book with the wifi information and local amenities would be useful. Upon our arrival, we could not access the wifi and we were only able to reach someone during office hours (from 9am-5pm). But during those hours, we were able to speak with someone quickly. We also had some issues with the air conditioning in the master bedroom but had a visit from maintenance as soon as we asked about getting it checked. Other than that, the air conditioning worked well in all other rooms and the main area. Also to note that this is a new construction area so there is a fair bit of construction happening in the area and you can hear the trucks during the day, starting at 7am. Not an issue for us since we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but good to note for anyone sensitive to noise. We thoroughly enjoyed the Storey Lake resort area, including the lazy river and restaurant/bar area. It is approximately a 15 minute walk but only 5 minute drive to the resort area which includes a lazy river, pool, waterslides, splash pad and hot tub. A couple of suggestions for the resort area would be extra chairs (most chairs gone if you didn't get there early in the morning) and it would be good to have some pool towels at the resort that can be used there. The larger pool was cool for the duration of our visit. We also enjoyed the gym facilities on site. While we were there they had various children's activities happening at the resort. Overall, it was a great spot to stay! Very close to all the local attractions including some great shopping and restaurants. Made for a great girls getaway!
