I. House equipped with a gas grill however gas is not provided.

Extra $100 per person for an additional guest for parties over 12 people.
If not notified about an additional guests the fine of $200 will be charged plus the fee for the additional guests.
Prom parties are extra $1500 charge for up to 12 people, message me prior the booking.

Early check in $200 fee if available please check with me for availability.
Late check out $200 fee if available please check with me for availability.

If the guests are still at the house when housekeeper arrived 15 minutes after check out time $100 will be charged automatically.

Absolutely no smoking inside the house fine $600

Community Indoor and outdoor Swimming Pools are available for guests in the community $15 fee per person, guest passes can be rotated within the party.

If you decide to use community swimming pool you will need to submit the form 48 hours prior to your arrival.
