The apartment features a queen bed and an open-plan layout that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area. Sliding doors open from the lounge onto a sunny patio — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Mackenzie region.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, and all the essential cooking utensils. A convenient laundry cupboard houses a washing machine, and a heat pump provides year-round comfort — keeping the apartment warm in winter and cool in summer. Sky TV is also included for your entertainment.
This apartment has its own private entrance and dedicated parking space at the rear of the property (signposted at the end of the driveway). At the front of the section is a separate two-bedroom apartment, also rented out, with its own private access and parking.
