Villa Sv. Petar is a newly built modern Villa which is located in the Kvarner Bay in the village of Sv. Petar, above Ičići. Modern furnished villa Sv. Petar is the perfect choice for a group of 10 people. The Interior of the Villa consists of 3 levels. Villa is connected by an internal staircase it has 5 large comfortably furnished bedrooms with bathrooms, 3 of which are on the second floor and 2 on the first floor, and all rooms open out onto balconies with a beautiful view of the sea. The ground floor has a large living room with a dining room (table for 10 people) and a modern kitchen with all appliances. All rooms in the Villa are air conditioned and have wireless internet. The Villa is decorated in a modern style with carefully selected furniture and is decorated with unique works of art from Croatian painters.

The living room leads to a terrace with garden furniture. Next to the swimming pool (24 m2) is a sun deck with an outdoor shower. Guests of the Villa can use the outdoor barbecue to prepare meals for family and friends and a table for table tennis.
