Διαμέρισμα στον κήπο με δύο υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι με τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα και μπάνιο 4 άτομα μπορούν να κοιμηθούν. Διαθέτει τη δική του βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα στην παραλία και στην είσοδο του κύριου κήπου. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη ακόμη και για μια μεγάλη διαμονή.
