**Clean and Spacious 1 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo on the 14th Floor. It has a Comfortable King Bed, Twin Bunk Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Condo sleeps 6 and has plenty of room for a relaxing vacation! You can see the breathtaking Emerald Water from the Balcony of the 14th Floor. Two full size bathrooms are a plus for the Family! The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook a night or two! We provide Beach Towels, an Umbrella and Beach Toys. We also offer Beach Chairs and a folding table for a great day at the Beach! All the beach supplies are in the Condo for our Guest to use. The Condo offers WI-FI and Cable.

Delicious Seafood Restaurants (Sharky's and Runaway Island) are within walking distance to Emerald Beach Resort. Pier Park is less than a mile away and offers Entertainment, Shopping and several eateries for the entire Family!

Everything was wonderful from the condo location, amenities, to contact with the property manager. Christine was always a text message away to answer and any questions or help with anything we needed. The beach view was great to wake up to. They already had chairs, beach toys and a beach umbrella available for us. We will absolutely be back and plan to stay at this condo again in the near future.

We was able to check earlier and that was a big help Because we were able to get settled in sooner and still have plenty time left in the day for the first. And the elevator are fast and the beach access was easy and simple.

Birthday Fun in the sun!

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious condo for the 3 of us! Clean, accommodating, great view of the beach and a super host! The property and parking connection is a little tricky for new visitors but!! This host helps every step of the way and promptly answered questions from restaurants to fun things to do nearby for the family!

We came to PCB for the first time and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed meeting Christine and the place was beautiful. Our favorite part was the view and it was within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. She was easy to contact and always quick to respond!

The condo was amazing and comfortable. The views from the balcony were so beautiful! So close to restaurants and shopping and activities. Great access to the beach and wonderful amenities onsite. Amazing ‘home away from home’ w/a stellar view

Our family of four had a great vacation at Emerald and mainly because this condo and the property manager were amazing. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The overall feel just felt like home for a week. The property manager was so nice and offered tips for local restaurants, bakeries for a birthday cake, and fun things to do with the kids. We will definitely be back and stay at this condo from now on. The view was spectacular. The patio was inviting and can sit for hours staring at paradise!

Quiet Get A Way

My stay was quiet and relaxing. The furnishings should be updated and the condo had a slight smell. Other than that it was clean. The location was great for eating and Pier Park.
