This floor plan sleeps six comfortably and has a large living/dining area. The master suite has a king bed, sliding glass doors overlooking the Gulf and a private full-size bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and private access to a second full-size bathroom which is also accessible from the living area. Both bedrooms have 32 inch HD flat-screen TVs while the living area has a 50 inch HD flat-screen TV with DVD, CD, and surround sound. Enjoy the beautiful view from the living room's sliding glass doors that open up to a covered deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living area is newly furnished with a cozy loveseat and a queen sized sleeper sofa. This condo has a dining/kitchen area with a large glass dinner table and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and a breakfast bar, not to mention a laundry area with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Your vacation condo is conveniently located in the middle of the 5th floor near elevators leading to private covered parking and a bridge to a three story garage with easy access to Churchwell Road leading to the major thoroughfares in friendly Panama City Beach.
