Cozy Whole Apartment, Bedroom and Living Room featuring 01 double bedded room with a wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning and 01 living room with double sofa bed with bedding included, fan ceiling and a table that divides the kitchen that is American, 01 full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, appliances in general, 01 bathroom with bath towels, the fit has 01 garage.
The distance from the beach is approximately 700mt and Shopping Praia da costa is one street away, we have many distractions in the surroundings besides the beach such as bars, nightclubs, including supermarkets and bakeries very close, bus stops, bike VV nearby .

Excelente localização

Para a cozinha ser mais completa falta somente um microondas e um liquidificador, utensílios básicos que fazem falta. O filtro de água começou a gotejar no segundo dia, a solução da locatária foi retirá-lo ao invés de arrumar o vazamento, o que me deixaria sem água no apartamento, forçando a compra. Não aceitei a solução e o filtro ficou lá gotejando todos os dias com um balde embaixo para não inundar a cozinha, o que aconteceu do mesmo jeito, já que o balde enchia muito rápido. Tirando isso o apartamento é ótimo e cumpre o que promete, nada luxuoso, mas bem confortável e funcional, só sendo deficiente dos utensílios citados.
