This modern Australian, craftsman built home is stunningly unique and professionally styled it will leave you wanting for nothing.

With 3 large bedrooms and 3 separate spacious bathrooms this home is the perfect holiday retreat for families or couples allowing privacy for all guests. Architecturally designed this home is an entertainers dream, focusing around indoor/outdoor living the property seamlessly connects the chefs kitchen, living and dining areas with the outside north facing patio with undercover deck to an outdoor living, BBQ area, making a perfect spot for a summers evening gathering with friends and a glass of bubbles.

A gorgeous feature wall of re-claimed Victorian Ash fencing has been used in the lounge area and in the master bedroom as well as Tallow Wood from the loading docks in Melbourne for columns in the outdoor area brings a rustic style and character to this property. It has a feeling of warmth and texture which welcomes you as you walk through the door, leaving you in no doubt that this is the perfect holiday destination for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY - FLEXIBLE
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 7 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
A perfect sized kitchen to cook up a storm with a huge gas hotplate stove and oven, with plenty of bench space and a great island bench to prep on. With the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, this is a great house for the family to congregate. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably and the kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and full sized fridge and freezer.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
2 x 3 seater couches make a great place to gather and chat or chill out whilst watching the large wall mounted TV. With the recycled timber on the back wall, this space makes a gathering with friends and family easy and feeling instantly at home.

HEATING & COOLING
Each bedroom plus the lounge/dining area has split system air conditioners. Plus all rooms have ceiling fans which is all that is needed for our beautiful summer nights in Bright.

BATHROOMS
All bathrooms: Shower, toilet and vanity.

OUTDOORS
Featuring a beautiful fully undercover outdoor deck boasting a rustic charm nowhere else could match, with a BBQ and outdoor setting & stunning outdoor pendant lighting. Sit back and enjoy this gorgeously styled remind someone to bring the wine and the cheese platter out.

Quiet, peaceful neighbourhood, very close to town centre.
Modern, spacious home with three huge bathrooms, allowing everyone who stayed to have their own space at day's end. Just a quick walk down the road and across the bridge and we were in town. Perfect location, quiet neighbourhood and a very nice house. Planning to stay here again.

Incredible clean home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the entire house was immaculate. The beds were incredibly comfy. So much so we are all looking at purchasing the bedding after peeking at the tags! Will definitely stay here again.

Great house in awesome location
Really good outside space, plus open indoor area. Close to town (easy walk). Highly recommend. Perfect for 2-3 couples or family with 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuites.
