The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. You’ll find the kitchen is equipped to meet all of your vacation meal preparation needs. The breakfast bar offers bar seating for two. Just beyond the breakfast bar is the dining area with seating for up to 6. The living area features two comfortable sofas, accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the deck where you can enjoy views of the lagoon.

Upstairs, you will find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom offers high ceilings, a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
