Two storey house, well located 10 minutes walk from the central beach, next to the koch supermarket, in front of the pousada Dom artur. House with approximately 100 square meters of usable area. The house has three bedrooms on the upper floor, one suite, two bathrooms on the upper floor and a toilet on the ground floor. We have split air conditioning in the suite and in the other room, the third room only fan. It has a full kitchen. Living room and kitchen combined on the ground floor. Television installed one in the suite and another on the ground floor with netflix. Barbecue in the back and washing machine. It also has free wifi. Garage for one car. Next to the Cabral restaurant. Generally quiet location, close to the beach. Approximately 15km from the unipraias park where the camboliu bathing trolley is located. About 22km from Bombinhas.
