There's room for the whole family in this renovated, 3 bedroom coastal home, located just a quick stroll from the local patrolled (in Summer) Jones Beach. Three bedrooms, 2 with king beds, and the third with 2 bunks (3x singles & 1 double).

Enjoy the convenience of 2 living rooms, both with smart TV's and the ability to BYO playstation for the kids. Aircon, Fans, Foxtel, Wifi & Gas BBQ all included as well as a large fully equipped kitchen to entertain the whole family.

Property comes with a large backyard and deck perfect for summer fun! There's also a fully enclosed outdoor shower, great for washing off the sand from a big day at the beach, or if you simply just want to enjoy during the warmer months.

Perfect location with all you need

We loved holidaying here! A quick stroll to the playground and a well patrolled beach, minutes to wander to the local IGA and brilliant cafes meant the location was perfect. The hot outdoor shower was a very welcome feature after a long day at the beach, and we were thrilled to find so many cups and bowls in the kitchen! Having such a large laundry was fantastic too - as was the covered rear deck and flat backyard. Would definitely recommend this property to families wanting a break. The coffee machine is an Aldi branded one (won't work with nespresso capsules) and you'll need to bring your own pantry basics and laundry detergent. We forgot, but the IGA was so nearby it didn't matter.

Nice basic homely property

A practical house for our family to stay. Kiama Downs is a lovely spot. This property has a children's playground and beach at the end of the street. The property is clean and tidy and suits families with children.

Perfect location. Beach down the road which was good for the kids. Weather turn out to be great this weekend so the kids enjoy the sunshine at the beach. Close
