Escape & relax at this uniquely positioned beachfront self contained studio unit - where the sandy walkway to one of the south coast's most beautiful beaches, is only metres from the backyard (DIRECT BEACH ACCESS).

Private self contained 1 bedroom studio unit backing onto Jones Beach (direct access). Freshly renovated, bright & airy, with great beach views.

Paradise On Jones Beach has its own pathway & entrance, completely separate from the main residence above.

Walk past your own private balcony & into a light filled kitchenette, dining & living area with 43" Smart TV & all with beach views. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting at the small bar table & gazing out at the ocean. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed (bed with fresh linen made up in advance of your stay) & the spacious bathroom has a big walk-in shower & plenty of space to put all your toiletries. The Living Room has a comfy lounge to enjoy a good book.

After having enjoyed a swim, surf or stroll along the beach, refresh yourself under the outdoor shower before heading inside.

Direct access to the beach - making it possible to walk onto the beach as many times as one wants. To be able to access it whenever one wants, as well as to look out to the beach from the unit and also hear the waves throughout the day, makes this a unique holiday experience. Being so close to all amenities is very convenient. The local shopping centre is only 5 minutes walk, the golf course, golf club and Minnamurra River & Lookout only 10 minutes walk, and the Kiama centre 5 minute drive.

NOTE: This property is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the entrance requires descending 12 steps. Guest with mobility limitations may wish to consider whether property is suitable for their needs.

We love travelling the world & have stayed at a Chateau in the South Of France, travelled the Mediterranean by boat, and explored the castles of England & the many beautiful cities of Europe. However, despite all those memorable trips, there is something special about the South Coast that draws us in every time. We discovered Jones Beach and, in the process, paradise. It fills us and our family with so much joy, and we love it when we can share its beauty with others. Why they chose this property

This unit backs onto the beach and has great views of Jones Beach and Cathedral Rocks. The accommodation is bright and airy, with its own TV lounge area, Dining Table, Kitchenette, spacious Bathroom with walk-in Shower, Bedroom with comfy queen bed - all rooms with lots of natural light. Furniture and prints on the wall add warmth to the renovated unit, and amenities provided are there to make guests feel the yare at a home away from home.
All this and the sound of crashing waves in the background make for a relaxing, comfortable and highly enjoyable stay.
