The house is a beautiful 1600 square foot ranch style house very conveniently located in one of the most desirable neighborhood areas in the city. It is a five minute drive to the Texas Medical Center, three minutes to TIRR and a two minute walk to the NRG parking lot. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful greenery.

The home is ideal for those undergoing medical treatment and who need to be in Houston for lengthy stays of 30 days or more. For those looking to be in a comfortable home environment during their stay, this is a great option. Pets are a great comfort when going through treatment and we are a pet friendly home (deposit required).

The location is also ideal for people attending sporting events or conferences at NRG Stadium/Park. You can walk from the house and avoid the cost and hassle of parking!

Roku TV and Wi-Fi comes with the rental. YouTube television in all bedrooms. YARD SERVICE IS INCLUDED at no extra charge and maid service is available for an additional charge.

Awesome and relaxing home

This was the beast I’ve rented in a while. The host was so responsive and wonderful. I will look for this place availability first next time I need a rental in this area. I give this property a 10 out of 10!!! Great for pets. My family loved it and had absolutely no complaints.

Convenient to medical center

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice home close to medical center where a family member was having surgery. Appreciate stocked kitchen. Yard was great for our 2 dogs. Thank you!!
