Our apartment is located in prestigious apart-hotel ATRIUM in new Gudauri at the top of the Gudauri resort. It is the only building in the entire New Gudauri with an actual ski-in/out option. Guests have an instant access to the main ski slope and Gondola lift (20 meters away). We offer you clean, bright, modern and cozy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and furniture to fit up to 4 people comfortably. You will enjoy amazing and exquisite atmosphere in the apartment.

The apartment offers King size double bed and a convertible sofa for two people, huge balcony seats with amazing mountain and ski track views. It is equipped with all necessary furniture, electronics, bathroom and kitchen utensils and appliances, including a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle, a stove, and a hair-drier. TV set as well as free Wi-Fi is also included. A comfortable Ski storage locker (depo) is available on the ground floor free of charge for our guests. High-class service and infrastructure includes cozy lobby and concierge service (24 hours). Supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and a casino are in 3 minutes walk.
