This stone-built two-storey villa with private pool has an ideal location, as it is close to the city center, many famous beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, the airport and the local nightlife of the island. It features a newly built pool (1.20-1.40m deep) framed by a paved courtyard, a traditional oven, a barbecue and a garden with season flowers. Around the garden there is the vineyard of the house.

The stone villa consists of two independent floors with an external staircase and a total of 6 bedrooms (all equipped with AC), 4 bathrooms with two washing machines, 2 fully equipped and modern kitchens with dishwasher, fridge, refrigerator and oven, 2 large and bright lounges with fireplace, AC and dining area. There is also a large terrace overlooking the pool and the village. There is also space for cars, free of charge.

The venue is suitable for family vacations (with or without children) and large groups of friends.

Amazing Villa!

The villa is spacious and clean with everything you need. We were two families of 5 so the way the villa is separated into two separate floors was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool and would be in it until bedtime most nights! The owners were on hand to help with anything and were such lovely people, nothing was too much for them. I would recommend hiring a car if you plan on going out and about as it's too far to walk to the nearest towns of Laganas or Kalamaki. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend it to anyone!

Our stone villa is located in a village named Ampelokipoi and it is a newly constructed villa built with great passion for the ones who will accommodate. My profession is related to the constructions of stone houses and gardens, while my wife's experience is on hotel services. Our experience on our fields had a huge impact on the design of our house and we are now pleased to host people all around the world who would love to visit Zakynthos and enjoy their holidays on this unique island.

What makes this property unique

We live in a separate house with a separate entrance at the back of the plot which does not communicate directly with the villa. Guests will be able to contact us at any time of the day if they have any questions or needs.
