NEW BEAUTIFUL Simply Modern White House + Hot Tub

The Simply Modern White House is a place where you will feel comfortable and relaxed, with the simple, clean, and comfortably modern decor. Gather in the evenings around the fire pit, followed up by a relaxing soak in the large HOT TUB, under the oak tree canopy and twinkling roped lights. Family friendly home with an outside play-house for the little ones, and custom made bunk beds. This is a place for everyone to relax and make memories!

AMENITIES
2200 sq.ft. (4 bedrooms 2.5 baths) comfortable mattresses with new linens and towels.

The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, and all the tools and spices you need to whip up your favorite meal. And, many restaurants in the area offer delivery options for delicious cuisines.
This is the perfect home for everyone to relax and make memories!

ADDITIONAL RULES:
We lived full-time in this home for 7 years and have left our treasured furniture and decor for your use. Please treat it as your own.

We ask for shoes to be removed inside the home.

No drinks allowed upstairs.

This house is located at the end of a road, with exceptional neighbors. Please respect this quiet street by keeping noise low.

There is a strict no-parties policy at this house. This means no excessive alcohol consumption by anyone in your party. There is a strict no-drug policy, that includes the use of marijuana and/or medical marijuana. If we receive any complaints from our retired neighbors, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately and no refund will be administered.

There should never be more than 9 individuals at the home. It must remain the same people as well, no coming and going of different people. Any person(s) beyond the 9, there will be a $100 fee per person.

We have cameras on all sides of the house.

Copious amounts of photos have been taken of the house to denote the condition and amounts of all items. Please help keep our home in great condition so others can enjoy it after your stay.

The house is spacious with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as an extra amenity. The location was very convenient since we had our son-in-law and his sister running the marathon. We liked that it was on a quiet cup-de-sac.

Breath taking back yard!

This place continues to amaze us every year! Tons of space and room for all our team members! The backyard was absolutely perfect for our debriefs and gatherings. Will be continuing to book each and every single year.
