Original polished floor boards, very functional kitchen & plenty of secure off street parking. Fully fenced level yard for kids games. Located only a 250 m level walk to the river's edge and walking path, 750 m to village shopping with club, cafes, bottle shop, pharmacy and daily needs, 2.6 km to patrolled beach, 2 km to Laurieton shops. The regional centre of Port Macquarie is only a 30 minute drive away.

Neat, comfortable and nicely renovated

Shower taps are in reverse. Learnt the hard way after resorting to a cold shower. Very nice renovated and it's extremely comfortable. Would be nice if property had WiFi, but it does have a good TV and Foxtel so sport watching was good! Overall good experience. Thanks
