Large family home newly renovated throughout. Big enough to sleep 13 in modern coastal comfort.

On the lower level – Two bedrooms with bathroom & separate WC. Huge kids’ room with 3 single beds, also with direct access to secure, level rear yard & adjoining lounge room. Master bedroom has ensuite access to the bathroom. A very private studio space with own kitchenette & sliding doors out to a garden patio.
Upper level – Spacious, modern open plan living, dining & kitchen with access to decks front and rear. Beautiful cook’s kitchen with quality appliances, where you can cook up a storm & socialise with everyone at the same time. Ducted air conditioning for year round comfort.
Rear yard is fully fenced and grassy with room for kids’ games and safe playtime.
Fantastic location, in a quiet street with Bowling club, river, boat ramps & village shops & cafes all less than 700m from your holiday home.

North Haven review

Rubbish collection not good, bins were full when we arrived on the Friday, collection once a week on a Wednesday, maggots in one of the bins 😡 Other Stayz we have been in have a few books and games and toiletries, this would have been a welcome addition. House was clean and room layout was good.

Great stay, very roomy house with great inclusions and comfortable furniture. Hige kitchen beautiful living areas. Some of the beds were a little uncomfortable and the main shower water drained incorrectly towarads the door but overall a lovely stay.

Wonderful clean house. Lots of space for our family of twelve ranging in age from eighty to twelve years Great open areas where we could all come together also providing secluded areas if you wanted a quiet space. Best equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook up a storm comfy beds and a lovely modern theme through out. Loved the house would highly recommend.
