Built in September 2019, Evans apt is a very clean & secured complex. A two and half hour drive from Manila is Balanga, a province rich in history, particularly World War II stories. The city has plenty of historical sights that every Filipino and tourist alike should visit. You can explore the Balanga Wetland and Nature Park and or witness the bravery and sacrifice of the soldiers at the Bataan World War II Museum. We also offer van rental for airport pickups, drop offs, & private tours.
The space
The apartment is secured by high fenced wall and protected by CCTV cameras to assure your privacy and security. We have very spacious parking area. It’s a great place for family and business trips. Enjoy the early morning breeze and relax at the balcony and at the nipa house

Nice garden wall, steep stairs, original room we booker said 3 bed rooms but when we arrived they said ceiling was leaking or damage so they gave US a 2bd room
